PROJECT EXPOEvent Description: This is a competition held for all the Under Graduate and Post Graduate students to present their project model in the following categories:

• Category – 1 : As per the Department Clusters Mentioned.

• Category – 2 : Multi Disciplinary Project.

• Category – 3 : Socially relevant project.

Rules and Regulations:1. Prizes will be awarded category wise.

2. Under Category 1 prizes will be awarded for each stream separately.

3. A maximum of 5 members are allowed to form a team in Automation / Infra Engg. clusters and maximum of 3 members are allowed in remaining clusters.

4. Studentscanregistertheirprojectamonganyoneofthecategoryspecifiedandevaluationwillbedone accordingly.

5. The project must be a working model.

PAPER & POSTER PRESENTATIONEvent Description: This is a competition held for all the UG & PG students to present papers/posters.Participants are expected to mail their abstracts to below mentioned mail id according to concept of their Department before 05/03/2020.

Rules and Regulations:1. Team should consist of 2 members.2. The abstract should be within a limit of 150 to 200 words and is to be uploaded in the website

where registration link is provided(.doc/.docx format).3. The paper should strictly follow standard IEEE two-column format (The format can be download-

ed from the internet).4. Submitthepaperin.docxformatwiththefilenamesameasthatofthetopic.5. Acceptance for the presentation will be intimated by our team.6. The maximum number of slides to be used during paper presentation should not be more than 12.7. Total time per team 9 min (7min for presentation and 2 min for Q&A session)8. TECHNICAL QUIZ / BUSINESS QUIZEvent Description: A competition held for all the UG & PG students to test their skills in their respective departments.

Rules and Regulations:1. All the questions are department related.2. Quiz will be conducted for each department separately (related departments may be clubbed).3. Team should comprise of not more than 3 participants.4. Usage of electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited.5. Quiz may have both written as well as oral questions in different rounds.6. ThedecisionoftheQuizmasterwillbetreatedasfinal.7. B.Tech / BSc students can participate under Sciences and Humanities Department.

BUSINESS PLANEvent Description : The competition is open for teams comprising of undergraduate and postgraduate students pursuing BBA/BBM/MBA.

Rules and Regulations :1. Maximum 4 members are permitted in a team (plan can be submitted individually as well).

2. More than one team can participate from a college (unlimited entries from a college).

3. No change of team structure is permitted after the team is registered.

4. The detailed procedure for registration of the event can be checked from the website.

VIDEO AD MAKINGEvent Description : The competition is open for teams comprising of undergraduate and postgraduate students pursuing BBA/BBM/MBA.

Rules and Regulations : 1 Maximum team members shall not exceed 3, excluding actors 2 Duration of the ad is limited to 60 – 90 seconds only (excluding credits) 3 Ad can be in any language, however it must have English subtitles in case it is in any language

other than EnglishThe ad must have – 4 The opening frame must contain: A title card with: Team name, Theme, and Year (Opening titles

are considered to be part of the ad and hence count in total duration of your ad) 5 Participants can use any camera and shall compose in no less than 720p resolution 6 Entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe any third-party’s rights. 7 Content should be appropriate for public screening and obscenity of any kind (at the discretion
