Exhibition Layout Sample

AccessAbility -design for a dignified life

Preferable exhibition area 100-150sqm.Minimum exhibition area 40sqm.Quantity 21 products.Groups 13 groups (detail description on next page).Walking area A 150cm path should give the possibility of access for public in wheelchairs being able to turn around in the exhibition.Distance between groups 50cm.Table distance to the wall A gap of 10-15cm.

The following drawing is a sample of how the exhibition can be distributed in its minimum space. The Exhibition is composed by groups of products placed on tables wich can easily adapt to different kind of exhibition areas. On this sample we have a suggestion of groups placement taking in consideration to mix all the colors avoiding repetition near each other and creating a mix of different kind of products making the exhibition feels alive.

Introduction Text

The introduction text (50x70cm) is placed on the wall, with a height of 175 cm from the floor. It should be the first you see when entering the exhibition.Optional: If there is no wall, the text can be standing on a table (white or grey).

Display: 3 tables assembled.Position: The best would be to place this group against a wall or column so it can be easily connected to electricity.Captions: Positioned on the center of each table, in front of each product with a gap of aprox 5mm from the edge of the table. Table color: Green, grey, white.

Product Placement:1. Magnilink Zip13 should be connected to electricity, turned on, place an exhibition catalogue and zoomin the text.

2. Feed and Tasty should be covered with an acrylic dome.The order to display is: plate, small spoon, fork, big spoon.

3. Fiaspel Touch should look as if some one is playing by placing the the figures in different positions.

Group 3Tetra Pak SRA Packages - Food PackagesContour - PenGriptänger Aktiv - Reachers

Display: 3 tables assembled.Position: Can be placed against a wall or as an island in a room.Captions: Positioned on the center of each table, in front of each product with a gap of aprox 5mm from the edge of the table. Table color: Green, grey, pink.

Product Placement:1. Tetra Pak SRA Packages distribute the 11 packages on the table with space in between them and arraging them as the reference image.

2. Contour should be covered with an acrylic dome. Open the note book where is a text written, place the pen and its lid apart from each other. It should look like someone just wrote a note.

3. Griptänger Aktiv use the 2 small reachers, one is laydown and the other i “standing” by the side.

Group 4 Let’s Fly - Walker

Display: 4 tables unassembled. The legs are laying down under the tabletops to rise up the stand.Position: This group can be placed in the room as an island where people see it around. Captions: Positioned on the corner of the podium leaving aprox 8mm border from the edge.Product Placement: Place the product diagonal to its podium. See Ref. Image.Table color: Green.

Group 7Index Braille V4 - Braille printer

Display: 3 tables assembled in a L shape.Position: If possible, placed the printer against a wall or column.Captions: Positioned on the center of one of the tables, infront of the braille brochure. The caption have a gap of aprox 5mm from the edge of the table. Product Placement: The printer shall be display with the braille brochure as the ref. image.Table color: Pink.

Group 8Tactile Flooring - Warning surface

Display: 3 tables assembled.Position: Place against a wall or as an island in a room.Captions: Positioned on the center of each table, in front of each product with a gap of aprox 5mm from the edge of the table. Table color: Green, grey, pink.

Product Placement:1. Tactile Flooring positioned over the table as half roll. Place first the linear surface then the dot surface.

2. Penny Talks shall be cover with an acrylic dome. Penny talks, a food container with a tactile sticker on the lid and a sheet of tactile stickers to be displayed as in the ref. image.

3. The Comforter covers the body of the white mannequin that is placed in seating position over the pink table.

Group 9 Prisma Teknik - Pedestrian signDomino Classic - Listening SystemGripp - Glass collection

Display: 3 tables assembled.Position: Place against a wall or as an island in a room.Captions: Positioned on the center of each table, in front of each product with a gap of aprox 5mm from the edge of the table. Table color: White, grey, pink.

Product Placement:1. Prisma Teknik place the product standing up and diagonal to the table. Place the photo of the girl in orage jacket using the product at corner of the table as in ref. image.

2. Domino classic should be cover with an acrylic dome. Place the Domino Classic (2 units), headphones connected and explanatory graphics as positioned on the ref. image.

3. Gripp 4 glasses distributed on the table as on the ref. image.

Group 10Twicegrip Tungsten - Non-slip rubber shoe covers

Display: 1 table assembled.Position: To be placed against a wall or as an island in the room.Captions: Positioned on the center of the table, infront of the product with a gap of aprox 5mm from the edge of the table.Product Placement: Twicegrip Tungsten shall be cover with an acrylic dome. One cover is facing up and the other facing down in angle position as the ref. image. Table color: White.

Group 11Baby Björn One - Baby carrier

Display: 1 table assembled. Position: To be placed against a wall or as an island in the room.Captions: Positioned on the center of the table, infront of the product with a gap of aprox 5mm from the edge of the table.Product Placement: The baby carrier is mounted over an acrylic mannequin. Inside the carrier is a babydoll facing the mannequin. Table color: Green.

TablesThe surface and the corners of the exhibition tables are extremly fragile so please when assembly, disassembling and packing keep in mind to always use a bubble wrap under to avoid scratches.

When opening, please keep in mind to store all the packaging material to be able to return the tables packed in the same way for the next exhibition.

When packing:Do not Remove the magnetic strip under the table. Unscrew the legs and pack flat (please do not remove the magnet strip placed under the table)Place them face to face to protect the surfaces.Protect the corners with carton materialCover with bubble wrap.

Packing/Unpacking Instructions

The acrylic domes have a surface that easy can get scratches. Remove the protecting green plastic foil and store it for packing. The domes should have the plastic foil when stacking them back and with bubble plastic wrapped around.

Babybjörn Baby Carrier comes already assembled. Please leave it in the same way when packing down -just cover with bubble wrap and place it inside the carton box.

NoteWhen packing down try to keep all the products and accesories exhibited as one package in its original box/bag. (For example the grip Polly together with the paint package, the pen Contour with the book,The drinking glasses Gripp...)

On the chair “Clean”, the armrest and footrest are detachable. Place them when exhibiting.When mounting, make sure the footrest is positioned above the locking pin. The extra-acessories that comes with the chair (Pan holder and pan with lid) are not exhibited.

Rollator

Wheelchair

MagniLink Zip

The rollator “Let’s Fly” is kept unfolded by a lock under the seat. To fold the rollator, lift the seat from the hole in the middle. The lock is then released and the rollator folds up. To unfold the rollator, press the seat down.

The wheelchair “Panthera Micro” consist of 3 main parts: the chasis, 2 side wheels and a push bar. The side wheels can be removed by presing the bottom in the middle of the wheels. To put back the wheels you just press them in.To place the pushbar you must open the lever(8) and press the ball (9) and enter the pushbar into the attachment (10). Adjust the pushbar to the desired position and tighten the lever (8). To disasseble do the reverse action described above.

The Magnilink Zip is stored on a product bag that contains the electrical cable and the instruction book. When exhibiting the product, unfoalde it, plug in the electricity, turn it on and place a catalogue from the exhibition, displaying the text and zoom to be able to show the magnifing effect.

The Index Braille printer has inside a box and foam to be removed meanwhile the product is exhibited but should be placed back in the same way as the instructions above for transportation. When placing back the box please notice to tight it up with the band so it is not loose inside the printer while is transported.Don’t forget to place back the white rubber band at the side of the printer for transportation.

Remove the rubber list and press to open. Store the rubber list for re-packing.

Release the band. Do not cut!

The tables to be assembled shall have a magnetic band attached under the table.Please check before mounting the caption text that the angle and table magnets fits properly (aligned on the sides). If not, try with another angle so the polarity is correct.

Distance guide Angle Table magnet Captions Place double sided tape on the tilted surface of the angle and remove the protecting film.

Place the top of the caption text centrated to the angle and against the floor, move the caption towards the distance guide and attach it to the angle.

Put the magnetics of the table and aluminium angle together. Place the distance guide against the table.

Place over a piece of soft masking tape, just to secure the captions against a harder hit.

Turn the table, the sign will be in line with the top surface and with a gap of 5mm.
