The NATO Show is a unique opportunity to meet with the top retailers and wholesalers in the country. A new location: NATO was created ten years ago at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas. How Booth Space Is AssignedBooth assignments for the NATO Show
are confi rmed by appointment only.
The order of appointments for priority
placement is based on a variety of
factors including current and histori-
cal fi nancial support, exhibit history,
number of booths purchased and
proximity to competitors. Once priority
placements have been made, space is
sold on a fi rst-received, fi rst-assigned
basis. No assignment, guarantee of
specifi c space, or “holding” of space
will be made until a completed Exhibit Space Application and the booth fee are received. When booth space has been assigned, the NATO Show will send an email confi rmation of space to the tradeshow contact listed on the application. Please allow 10 business days after the date of receipt for con-fi rmation of booth assignment.

Hotel AccommodationsThe NATO Show has blocked space at
the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino, Las
Vegas, Nevada. Every room is a suite
at the Rio! The Rio hosts more than
2,500 suites, providing spectacular
views of Las Vegas. Every suite offers
more than 600 square feet of spa-
cious luxury, including a separate
dressing area, couch, 32-inch TV, table
with chairs, in-suite refrigerator, and
complimentary in-suite safe. We have
a special negotiated group rate of only
$109.00 per night for single or double
occupancy. Rate does not include tax
of 12%.
