    Fondant S20 is a pasty confectionery consisting of sugar and glucose syrup (ratio 100 to 20) and

    water.

    Fondant S20 including its packaging complies with the relevant provisions of the German and

    European Food Law, particularly the German “Lebensmittel-, und Futtermittelgesetzbuch (LFGB)“

    and the European Regulation (EC) No 178/ 2002 laying down the general principles and

    requirements of food law, establishing the European Safety Authority and laying down procedures

    in matters of food safety. It also corresponds with the descriptions of guidelines for sugar

    confectionery of the German Association of Food Law and Food Sciences.
