Foundation in a nutshell
• Essentially Foundation is a mutual fund mechanism for channelling funds donated by all clubs towards club service projects
• It assists clubs in implementing service projects which require funds beyond their own resources
• Projects must involve Rotarians in service and focus on a humanitarian issue

District YE officers work with other districts within RIBI and RI to select individuals.
Rotary International produces a list of district Youth Exchange chairs quarterly to help communication with one another.
