With comfy vintage leather couches set around a large fireplace, this area is perfect for intimate gatherings, casual client meetings and functions. The 50” LED TV above the fireplace can be used for viewing live sports or feel free to plug in a USB or HDMI for a presentation or slide show. The Lounge Bar is the perfect meeting spot for you and your guests, especially in the cooler months!

The Deck Terrace is an indoor-outdoor private dining space with access to it’s own section of the Main Bar and comes with its own designated bartender when booked exclusively. The honeycomb woodwork that encases this space provides more privacy for your guests whilst also being close to the action in the vibrant Main Bar. This space is the perfect function room for gatherings such as reunions, birthdays, bridal showers and milestone celebrations.

R A I S E D T E R R A C E

The Raised Terrace is the largest of our Function Rooms and is located in the most secluded section of the hotel. The Raised Terrace boasts a style to suit all occasions, whether it be a corporate meeting, conference, milestone celebration, baby shower or engagement party, it is an ideal space for entertaining guests. The Raised Terrace is modern & versatile, open to all seasons with large bi-fold windows, which allow this space to be transformed from indoor to an outdoor verandah as well as having access to its own private balcony located in the Northern end. This function room is equipped with a 50” LED TV with USB / HDMI inputs and is wheel chair friendly.

CONFIRMED DETAILSConfirmation of functions must be made in writing by completing and signing the below form and sending via email to [email protected]

PAYMENTA deposit payment of $250.00 is to be charged onconfirmation of your function. Balance payment is then required 1 x week prior to your function date along with your final minimum numbers. Should your guests increase, we will charge accordingly. If your numbers decrease, there will be no refunds.

MENU CONFIRMATIONConfirmed menu selections must be emailed 7 days prior to event commencement along with final numbers.

CANCELLATIONSManagement reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed bookings and allocate the space to another client.

Penalties may apply: A cost of 50% of the agreed minimum spends will be incurred should you cancel within 72 hours of the agreed function date & time.

FUNCTION AREAIt is our priority to ensure your function is a great success. In our endeavors to accommodate your needs, management reserves the right to relocate your function to a more desirable or appropriate space.

DAMAGESClients are fully responsible for any and all damages caused during the function.

INSURANCEGregory Hills Hotel will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any equipment or merchandise left on the Hotels premises prior to, during, or after the function.
