Our Solution model

In our research we have tried to figure out a

solution of the un-employability issue from the

existing system itself, thereby making its

implementation more feasible. The focus is mainly

on making minute changes in the existing system.

Revamping the entire system is not possible but

with key policy changes and adequate

implementation we believe the existing problem of

un-employability can be eradicated.

Personality Solutions

An online certificate course for soft skills. Make soft skills lectures universally accessible.

Inter institute interactions on a massive scale so that the people skills of students improve and

their inhibitions cast off.

Proper training on communication skills from time to time.

Emphasis on seminars by students. Make it an integral part of the syllabus

Students should take seminars for other students not belonging to their own class.

Link schools to colleges wherein the college students act as mentors and take special classes for

school students

This will also make the school kids aware of the career choices available and help them make

smarter choices

This will be the best way to remove public speaking fear and improve communication skills

Focus on Primary education

• Primary education should focus more on life skills and language skills.

• Teachers should be adequately trained.

• Frequent interaction between school and college teachers to bridge the gap in the manner in which education is imparted.

• Government should give economic support to family of students from poor economic background so as to develop a healthy learning environment.

• A old adage A stitch i ti e saves i e
