pAYMeNTAll prices are inclusive of GST. Our policy regarding payment for match day hospitality and Club events requires that payment be made in full prior to the match day function or event. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking if the event is in within 14 days of the order date. Payment by invoice is not available for amounts less than $3,000. Payment by invoice is not available for the purchase of finals related products.

Where payment by invoice has been arranged, payment must be made within 14 days of the order date, or as stipulated by the payment schedule attached to the order. Failure to make payment within the specified time may result in your tickets being marked inactive and/or your seat may be on sold. Payment will not be accepted on the day/night of the function. Invoices will only be generated for those clients who have completed and returned the credit application form.

refuNDsRefund of monies is at the sole discretion of the Geelong Cats. Any purchases made in relation to corporate packages, match day hospitality and Club events include a 7 day cooling off period. Any refunds after the cooling off period, incur a 20% fee, which will be deducted from the refund. No refunds will be issued for orders in relation to match-day hospitality and Club events cancelled within 7 days of the entitlement.
