I am supporting a campaign called get up get moving. It is to help people fight obesity as it is rising in the UK, it is to show that exercise is good for you, you just have to make it fun. It also shows that eating healthy isn’t as bad as people make it, eating healthy is better as junk food give high cholesterol, high blood pressure,diabetes and a lot more.
