When designing our product, we paid attention to all of those aspects. The Zet®roof modular roof tiles are delivered on non-returnable pallets. No specialist equipment is required for the roof’s delivery.

An individual pallet contains 212.5 m² of effective covering. Low sheet weight enables their easy transport to the assembly work point (e.g. up a staircase), which can be performed by one person without the need to involve advanced equipment. A standard packaging of Zet®roof modular tiles contains comprehensive safety features. It contains Styrofoam dividers (their shape corresponds exactly to the sheets’ form), a dedicated cover with multiple use draw cords (allows securing of non-used material), a stretch foil and clipping tapes. Professional packing and securing of the modules reduces the danger of damage and abrasion during loading, transport and unloading. It also secures the sheets against unfavourable weather conditions during storage.

The use of the ‘Z’ type rib in the structure of steel roof coverings may be regarded as ground-breaking.

This technology, which is protected by law (the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland – patent no. 65339), offers a number of advantages:

practicalThe ‘Z’ type rib assumes a lock function when the sheets are folded. The screws which are required to join the sheets in our competitors’ products are made unnecessary.

aestheticsThere are no screws on the rib surfaces and a smaller number of screws on the roof’s surface. The joints where three sheets meet remain invisible. What is more, the ‘Z’ type rib creates deep shades, masking the screws and horizontal sheet joints, which gives the surface an expressive character which resembles traditional ceramic tiles.

SYMMETRY INCREASES POSSIBILITIES

The symmetry of Zet®roof tin sheet roof tiles gives unlimited freedom in shaping the surface.

The choice of assembly direction is not pre-determined by the sheet’s structure. Thanks to this, it can be determined by aesthetic factors – the joining of two sheets is not visible.The structure and symmetry of the sheet also allows use of the ‘staggered pattern’ method, in which individual sheets are shifted with respect to each other. This method of sheet pattern is recommended as it brings additional benefits:

Zet®look is a development of the concept of Zet®roof modular tin sheet roof tiles.

Preserving the advantages and benefits of the system’s basic version, this option is characterized by complete elimination of visible screws on the roof surface. The advanced, yet very simple to install, assembly system hides the screws under the sheets. As a result, you have a roof surface which has an attractive and symmetrical pattern, the harmony of which is in no way disturbed by any mounting element or assembly hole.

This solution is ideal in places which require the highest level of aesthetics without any compromises.

The utility model of Zet®look modular sheet tin roof tiles is subject to protection by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (no. 65339) and is registered with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) as Registered Community Design (RCD) no. 002993147-0001.

Assembly of the Zet®look modular tin sheet roof tiles is based on a perforation system, with the elements buckled to the beam ridge’s surface. Therefore, the overlapping part (hidden under the subsequent sheet) was made longer in comparison to the Zet®roof version.

A sheet of Zet®look modular roof tiles

is equipped with manufactured cuts in the

overlapping part, which has assembly holes.

Thanks to this, the assembly place is covered

by another sheet. As a result, we achieve

a surface without visible mounting elements.

Thanks to that, the roof meets the highest

aesthetic requirements.
