• Support and enhance existing disaster response capabilities;

• Increase the resilience of the campus;

• Build relationships with surrounding communities; and

• Introduce students to careers in emergency management.

Founded by FEMA, the Department of Education, and the American Red Cross to mobilize communities across the country in youth preparedness education.
