• In order to gain competitiveness the Management introduced the 'Project Parivartan‘

(which means transformation/change)

Project Parivartan aimed at obtaining acceptance and commitment of employees for the change initiatives and explaining to them why change was necessary.

The key challenges were:

• Alignment of the top management: vision, common goal
