Holiday Pomegranate Paloma PunchServes 8

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice 1 1/2 cups pink grapefruit juice 1/2 cup lime juice 1/4 cup agave or simple syrup

1 1/2 to 2 cups tequila, depending on taste 5 cups sparkling waterGrapefruit wheels, to garnish Pomegranate seeds, to garnish Ginger Beer or ginger ale, to taste Fresh mint leaves, to garnish Rosemary sprigs, to garnish

Directions

1. Fill large ice cube trays with pomegranate seeds and water. Freeze.

2. In a large punch bowl, stir together pomegranate juice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave syrup, and tequila. Add pomegranate ice cubes and sparkling water. Garnish with grapefruit slices and pomegranate seeds

3. Pour into glasses. Top each glass with a splash of ginger beer, and garnish with mint leaves and additional pomegranate seeds. Add a rosemary sprig to each to stir.
