How to access the Arqiva XGate3 Service – Primavera 6
This guide will show you how to access the XGate3 service provided by Arqiva to enable you to access Primavera 6.
Pre-Requisites
In order to successfully access Primavera 6 through the XGate3 service your machine will need to have the following installed:
• Google Chrome • Java version 6.27 (32 bit)
Disable chrome popup blocker.
Should you experience issues installing these on your machine, please contact your local IT support for assistance.
How to access XGate3 and Primavera 6
1. Copy and paste the following URL into your Google Chrome, or click this link https://xgate3.arqiva.com/dana-na/auth/url_default/welcome.cgi. You will be brought to the screen below.
2. Enter your log on credentials:
Username: Enter the username provided to you by your Arqiva contact i.e. firstname.surname
Password: Enter the password [provided to you by your Arqiva contact. If you are unsure of your password please contact the Arqiva IT Service Desk who will take you through an authentication process to provide you with this (0800 183 0048)
3. Click the ‘Sign In’ button.

4. Enter your On-Demand PIN.
5. Click the ‘Sign In’ button.
6. Enter the SecurID Token Code which you will receive via email.
7. Click the ‘Enter’ button.

8. You may be prompted at this point by chrome to update the Java as it is out of date – Please click the Run this time button and do not update plug-in
9. The first time logging on you will be required to install the Juniper add-on WSAM
(Windows Secure Application Manager) – You may require admin credentials at this point dependent upon the restrictions on your computer. If you are prompted for admin credentials, please contact your local IT Support.
10. Once logged into XGate3 you will be able to see the Primavera 6 application.

11. Click the link as shown and the application will launch, allowing you to log in.
12. Please enter your Primavera Team Member credentials. If you experience issues with your P6 log on credentials, please contact your Arqiva representative or the Arqiva IT Service Desk on 0800 183 0048.
