Available the morning of your wedding day, the elegant Bridal Suite will be equipped with the important essentials. This includes full length mirror, lighted makeup stations, garment rack and steamer. The Bridal Suite is refreshed during the ceremony and is transformed into the Honeymoon Suite.

Ceremony Arrangements We are pleased to accommodate onsite ceremonies and a room for rehearsals.

Menu SelectionsIn addition to our published menu suggestions our culinary and catering events teams are specialists in creating customized menus. Let your imagination be your guide knowing that we understand special requests, budgets, and dietary requirements. Prices are all per person unless noted otherwise.

We are delighted to offer the opportunity to experience our Chef’s menu tasting. The complimentary tasting for four guests occurs from Tuesday to Friday at 1:30pm.

Guest Room Accommodations One complimentary suite is provided for the newlyweds on the evening of their wedding. In addition, we are delighted to reserve a room block for your guests at a preferred rate.

Deposit and Payment To ensure your preferred date is secure, a signed contract and initial deposit are required. Initial deposit is $3,000 and is nonrefundable. Additional payment dates will be noted in your contract. A final estimated prepayment is due 10 days prior to the wedding.

Food Restrictions Windows on Minnesota does not provide wedding cake. An outside cake may be provided by a licensed baker or bakery. No other outside food or beverage will be permitted anywhere on premise. The Minneapolis Health Department prohibits the packaging or removal of any leftover food or beverage from your event.

Guarantees The final attendance with the detailed seating chart will be required five business days prior to your wedding. The number will be considered your minimum guarantee and not subject to reduction. Should a final guarantee not be received, your expected attendance on your Banquet Event Order will be considered the final guarantee. You will be charged your final guarantee or the number in attendance, whichever is greater.

Event Parking Self-parking is available for guests attending your wedding in the IDS Tower parking ramp; valet parking is also available.

Preferred Vendors Should you need guidance with selecting vendors, please kindly contact your catering manager for a list of the Windows on Minnesota’s preferred vendors. A final list of vendors will be requested no later than two weeks prior to your event.

All vendors, personal items and decorations must be removed at the conclusion of your evening.
