Asbestos sheet Re-inforcement FT Technology for Repairing, Water Proofing & Heat Proofing.Asbestos sheet is commonly used on industrial shades, railway plateforms, godowns etc. It is observed that asbestos is detoriated due to ultra violet rays of sun light , climatic changes,rains, dust, moisture etc. and offenly requires maintainance. Traditionally for maintainance bitumen sheet is used, bitumen is effective for one season only because it melts in summer season and shrinks in cold. Thus due to extreame changes in temperature bitumen leaves the suface of asbestos sheet.Therefore, this is not a trusted and effective system. Some times applicators use chemical putty like Epoxy, PU, Acrylicetc., which are very expensive and also not longer lasting, with in a short time again cracks are seen.To over come the problem with many fold advantages we have developed a uuique system of repairing asbestos sheet along with water proofing and heat proofing called Reinforcement FT Technology.

Step 1st : - Clean the surface by rubbing with wire brush to remove dust, fungus, grass root, rust & loose material.Step 2nd : - Wash the surface with SAC surface active chemicalStep 3rd : - Wash with mild acid solutionStep 4th : - Wash with clean waterStep 5th : - Repair damaged sheet and apply ASP-99 (Primer) to get an even

surface & strength.Step 6th : - Cut a piece of fiber as per the required size for reinforcement.Step 7th : - Put the fibre on the sheet and stick it with glue.Step 8th : - After 40-50 minutes apply water & heat proof white coat on the surface by HPC-99 brush and let it dry for one hour give one more coat on the surface.Step 9th : - Let it dry for 24 hours for full strength

ASP-99 Asbestos Sheet Primer

Asbestos Sheet Primer is synthetic resin base fast drying gray viscous liquid for crack filling and strengthing the surface which develops waterresistance thick layer on the surface and provides an even surface forreinforcement. It develop full strength with in 30 minutes of application.
