A report on the dissemination of the project No Child Left Behind
The purpose of this report is to introduce the ways my school has used to spread the information
about the project No Child Left Behind to as many people as possible.
To begin with, after the coordinators meeting in Spain in January 2015 I familiarized all teachers
with all relevant information related to the project at the first staff meeting at the end of January 2015 and I
asked the tutors to pass the same information to the parents of our students at the parental meetings which
were held immediately after the teachers’meeting.
After that, we set up the bookmark on our school website (www.pg1.belchatow.pl) entitled
Erasmus+ NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND where we uploaded the relevant information related to project
including names of partner schools, some detailes about the coordinator school, planned activities and the
criteria of choosing students to mobilities. Also, we put there some documents for parents to complete such
as: parental agreement on taking part in the procedure of selecting students to a mobility, taking part in a
mobility and hosting a student from abroad. Moreover, we uploaded there reports from mobilities to Spain
and Italy and an announcement about searching host families.

Furthemore, we used the bookmark Galeria zdjęć i prac on our school website
(pg1.belchatow.sldc.pl/galleria/) to upload the album of photos from the international meeting in Arganda
Del Rey, Spain.
Apart from this, our school has got its own profile on the Facebook
(https://www.facebook.com/Gimnazjumnr1Belchatow/). We uploaded there reports on the mobilities to
Spain and Italy written by the students participating in them, the album of photos from the meeting in Castel
Di Sangro, Italy, three films about activities made in Spain and an announcement about searching host
families.

In May 2015 during the annual District English Competition our students used the Powerpoint
presentation to familiarize our guests both students and teachers from other lower secondary schools with
the results of our visit to Arganda Del Rey in Spain. What’s more, on that day our local TV visited the
school to interview all participants of the mobility (Erazmus+ w PG nr 1 ebelchatow.pl
www.ebelchatow.pl/content/erazmus-w-pg-nr-1).
In addition, we prepared the informative display of posters about our partner schools and put it on the
wall in the school corridor.

After the international meeting in Castel Di Sangro, Italy, I organized the display of photos on the
board in the school corridor.
I also used the main school notice board to announce all current information related to the project.
Besides, our project uses its own TwinSpace on the eTwinning platform to upload some materials so
that we can prove realizing activities and achieving objectives of the project. Therefore, I have used some
eTwinning tools to upload some images of a logo, displays of posters and photos, files and videos about our
school and town which we presented at the first coordinators’ meeting in Spain. I have also invited the
students participating in mobilities to prove the cooperation and realization of planned activities.
In conclusion, I think that our school has used varied ways to disseminate details and facts about the
project.
