•Project Manager/Estimator will be responsible for take-offs,obtain sub quotes.•Knowledge of soils excavation in rock conditions wouldbe helpful.•Knowledge of local utility entity construction standardswould be helpful.•Must be able to interact knowledgeably with Developers,Civil Engineers, Entities.•Must thoroughly understand scopes of work and projectdrawings.•Must be very organized and able to work on multipleprojects at the same time.•Must be capable of preparing quotes in the mannerrequested by Developer and preparing changeorders and keep them organized.
