Hand washing • Use the 8 step technique for 10-

15 seconds, at least 5 times for each step.

• By washing your hands you can prevent:• Diarrhoea and vomiting• Food poisoning• Flu• Norovirus• MRSA

Alcohol-based hand gell may be used in other circumstances. You can only do this 5 times before having to embrace the NHS standard soap again!!!
