Slide 2 Information For The Parents Slide 3 Out of the four options of travel; Double Decker Coach, Regular Coach, Luxury, and Minibus we have selected the Regular Coach for a number of reasons; including cost, reliability and spaciousness. There will be all 81 students and 6 teachers aboard the coach. We will also be travelling by Ferry, if your daughter suffers from any type of travel sickness please alert the school of this issue and be sure she brings her medicine. Slide 4 Throughout out trip we will be staying at Courbevoie Paris La Defense, where the girls will share rooms. There will be a number of teachers on every floor to ensure the safety of the students. We will ask the girl who they would like to be put in a room with, however if an agreement can not be reached; we will decide for them. The Rooms. Slide 5 The Accommodation have arranged to provide food for Breakfast and Lunch and Dinner, however lunch will be eaten while out of the hotel and is to be packed and held by the girls. On Thursday we will all attend a meal at Le 23 Clauzel (pre-paid). There are vegetarian options for all meals however notice of your daughters eating habits would be appreciated before hand.
