CALIBRATION SERVICESFastLab is the NATA Accredited Temperature Meaasurement Laboratory(No.5473)ofECEFastandislocatedatourBusinessParkDrivepremisesinNottingHill,Victoria.

In the tightly controlled laboratory environment we have a range of calibration devices and reference standards enabling us to certify sensors in the range -200 to 1300ºC, instruments across all ranges and enclosures over the range -80 to 1300ºC.

WecanalsocertifyRHinthelaboratoryandinthefield,andInfrared thermometers and Thermal Imaging Cameras from -20 to 1250ºC in certain wavelengths.

DESIGN & MANUFACTUREChemelec air forced ovens and specialised furnaces have been made by us for almost 80 years. ECEFast continues to supply Paint Test Ovens and custom-built furnaces including split tube furnaces to local and export customers.

We have the engineering design and build capacity to make custom test equipment. For example, we have made a test rig for Fire Doors to test them with cycling pressures over a wide temperature range according to Australian Standards. We also made two bi-axial test rigs for architectural fabric testing for displacement under applied load. In these instances we integrated sensors and control devices for a complete project.

For specialised low-volume test equipment we have a unique supply capability.

ASSEMBLY, REPAIR, CALIBRATION, COMMISSIONINGWith five technicians, the ECEFast Technical Centre provides a wide range of services including support and after sales service, repair and warranty for our products. They participate in System Integration projects, panel and enclosure manufacture, on-site repairs and system commissioning.

There are a series of products manufactured by the group under the ECEFast brand including Platypus and Level Stick, liquid level transmitters, ECECal economy dry block calibrators and ECE Disklog data loggers.

The Tech’ Centre manages agreements covering Food Safety instrumentation with major chain restaurants including calibration and repair services, as well as program timing and control. The facility also does product testing, evaluation and application trials for customers.
