Met Life - 200 Park Avenue500,000 sq. ft. tenant fit out in the world renowned property at 200 Park Avenue. The insurance company looms over Grand Central Terminal and set about their renovation and fit out with their hiring of Admore Air to install a state of the art mechan-ical system including chillers, infrastructure and a new BMS systems. This six month project was high tech and high paced and yet all accomplished with the minimum amount of fuss. This Fortune 500 company issued it’s stamp of approval on Admore Air Conditioning Corp. by continuing it’s relationship in the form of a continuing maintenance contract.
GenslerGensler, a leader in the architectural world had the confidence and the prior experience with Admore Air Conditioning Corp. to allow us to be part of their prestigious fit out of their new 120,000 sq. ft. space at 1700 Broadway for their 600 plus em-ployees. An innovative collaboration of spaces and state of the art work stations created a working environment for their clients and staff. Admore worked very closely with the building management of the Ruben Company, construction managers, StructureTone and Robert Director Engineers. A highly recog-nized project that was completed on schedule with Leed Gold Certification.
DeloitteAdmore Air Conditioning Corp. were delighted to be selected to build out the 1/2 million square foot facility at 30 Rockefeller Center, a Tishman Speyer property for the accounting giant Deloitte. This extremely prestigious property in the heart of Midtown Manhattan provided a fantastic backdrop for a state of the art facility for a leader in their industry. The 500,000 sq. ft. project was practically seamless with an incredible team of leaders from Tishman Speyer, Structure Tone as the Con-struction Manager, Stantec engineering group and Admore as the mechanical contractors.
Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger, & Vecchion. One Gateway Plaza, Newark, New JerseyGibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchion are one of New Jersey’s largest and most prestigious law firms. Con-struction manager Structure Tone, Inc. chose Admore Air Conditioning Corp to build a 100,000 square foot high-end space for the law firm’s new location at One Gateway Plaza in Newark, NJ. Admore Air Conditioning Corp. was obligated to fast track the first 60,000 square feet of this space. Working alongside TPG Architecture and Robert Derector Associates, the project was completed on schedule.
HEALTH CARE FACILITIESInternational Multiple Sclerosis Research CenterAdmore Air Conditioning Corp’s expertise was called upon for The International Multiple Sclerosis Management Practice’s new 30,000 square foot facility headed up by one of the lead-ing MS doctors in the world. This project had several intricate building phases that included research laboratories, doctors offices, exam rooms and sub-zero storage facilities. Admore worked very closely with both the design team of YBM Stu-
dios architectural firm and the Plus Group consulting en-gineers. This was an extremely meticulous mechanical project where Admore’s ex-perience and quality workmanship were utilized to the fullest extent.
New YorkPresbyterianHospitalsAdmore are delighted to be partnered with this major provider in several of its facilities. This industry from an HVAC perspective is all about scheduled

COLLEGE AND INSTITUTIONAL FACILITIESManhattan CollegeAdmore Air Conditioning Corporation were delighted to be in-volved in a state of the art out of the ground, student commons 70,000 sq. ft. five story building. A Leed Gold Certification proj-ect was completed by Pavarini Construction Inc. and opened in the Fall of 2014. The Kellys common building has many green features including a green roof, regional and recycled content for building materials, occupancy based lighting and HVAC, demand based ventilation and variable speed refrig-erant system, high efficiency condensing boilers and a state of the art BMS system. Admore Air worked close with design engineers Syska Hennessy Group, Pavarini Construction Inc. and a joint venture of Architects with Edward I. Mills & Assoc. and Perkins Eastman Architects P.C.
The Palace HotelA stately and historic landmark on Madison Avenue, Lotte New York Palace has long reigned as New York City’s most icon-ic and instantly recognizable hotel. Admore Air worked very closely with Shamut Design and Construction to turn over this sophisticated HVAC system for such an iconic building.

199 Water StreetA complete conversion of the existing 1984 installed system including the removal of (2) 1200 ton centrifugal chillers and replaced with (2) York 1200 ton state of the art chillers where-by the machines had to be split, rigged and re-assembled 3 stories underground. This along with a new 1 meg generator, storm proof fuel oil system and new BMS system, brought the building additional mechanical re-assurance.
255 Greenwich StreetA Jack Resnick & Son Project. Admore provided a turn key project including the install of 3,000 tons of forced air Bac cooling towers in a very tight schedule phased over two week-ends allowing absolutely no downtime for their existing con-denser water and critical data center systems. Designed and engineered by Cosentini, it was a pleasure working with Jack Resnick and Sons Inc.
405 Park AvenueRoof top central plant chiller conversion. The M.E.R. was at the top of the house located at 54th and Park Avenue. The demo and removal of existing 500 ton Absorber was challeng-ing without any elevators accessing the machine room and the rigging could not be preformed from Park Avenue, but success was complete all around with the installation and commission-ing with its first of a kind double effect steam fired Absorption Centior absorber in New York City. Admore Air worked very closely along with CFS Engineers on this project.

An innovative collaboration of spaces and state of the art work stations created a working environment for their clients and staff. Admore worked very closely with the building management of the Ruben Company, construction managers, StructureTone and Robert Director Engineers. A highly recog-nized project that was completed on schedule with Leed Gold Certification.
DeloitteAdmore Air Conditioning Corp. were delighted to be selected to build out the 1/2 million square foot facility at 30 Rockefeller Center, a Tishman Speyer property for the accounting giant Deloitte. This extremely prestigious property in the heart of Midtown Manhattan provided a fantastic backdrop for a state of the art facility for a leader in their industry. The 500,000 sq. ft. project was practically seamless with an incredible team of leaders from Tishman Speyer, Structure Tone as the Con-struction Manager, Stantec engineering group and Admore as the mechanical contractors.
Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger, & Vecchion. One Gateway Plaza, Newark, New JerseyGibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchion are one of New Jersey’s largest and most prestigious law firms. Con-struction manager Structure Tone, Inc. chose Admore Air Conditioning Corp to build a 100,000 square foot high-end space for the law firm’s new location at One Gateway Plaza in Newark, NJ. Admore Air Conditioning Corp. was obligated to fast track the first 60,000 square feet of this space. Working alongside TPG Architecture and Robert Derector Associates, the project was completed on schedule.
HEALTH CARE FACILITIESInternational Multiple Sclerosis Research CenterAdmore Air Conditioning Corp’s expertise was called upon for The International Multiple Sclerosis Management Practice’s new 30,000 square foot facility headed up by one of the lead-ing MS doctors in the world. This project had several intricate building phases that included research laboratories, doctors offices, exam rooms and sub-zero storage facilities. Admore worked very closely with both the design team of YBM Stu-
dios architectural firm and the Plus Group consulting en-gineers. This was an extremely meticulous mechanical project where Admore’s ex-perience and quality workmanship were utilized to the fullest extent.

COLLEGE AND INSTITUTIONAL FACILITIESManhattan CollegeAdmore Air Conditioning Corporation were delighted to be in-volved in a state of the art out of the ground, student commons 70,000 sq. ft. five story building. A Leed Gold Certification proj-ect was completed by Pavarini Construction Inc. and opened in the Fall of 2014. The Kellys common building has many green features including a green roof, regional and recycled content for building materials, occupancy based lighting and HVAC, demand based ventilation and variable speed refrig-erant system, high efficiency condensing boilers and a state of the art BMS system. Admore Air worked close with design engineers Syska Hennessy Group, Pavarini Construction Inc. and a joint venture of Architects with Edward I. Mills & Assoc. and Perkins Eastman Architects P.C.
The Palace HotelA stately and historic landmark on Madison Avenue, Lotte New York Palace has long reigned as New York City’s most icon-ic and instantly recognizable hotel. Admore Air worked very closely with Shamut Design and Construction to turn over this sophisticated HVAC system for such an iconic building.

the renovations of hundreds of hotel rooms. The fit out in this quality hotel is unique in the fact that there was a very limited window available to complete each phase for re-occupance. With quality comfort essential for the occupant, Admore deliv-ered systems with unique efficiency.

199 Water StreetA complete conversion of the existing 1984 installed system including the removal of (2) 1200 ton centrifugal chillers and replaced with (2) York 1200 ton state of the art chillers where-by the machines had to be split, rigged and re-assembled 3 stories underground. This along with a new 1 meg generator, storm proof fuel oil system and new BMS system, brought the building additional mechanical re-assurance.
255 Greenwich StreetA Jack Resnick & Son Project. Admore provided a turn key project including the install of 3,000 tons of forced air Bac cooling towers in a very tight schedule phased over two week-ends allowing absolutely no downtime for their existing con-denser water and critical data center systems. Designed and engineered by Cosentini, it was a pleasure working with Jack Resnick and Sons Inc.
405 Park AvenueRoof top central plant chiller conversion. The M.E.R. was at the top of the house located at 54th and Park Avenue. The demo and removal of existing 500 ton Absorber was challeng-ing without any elevators accessing the machine room and the rigging could not be preformed from Park Avenue, but success was complete all around with the installation and commission-ing with its first of a kind double effect steam fired Absorption Centior absorber in New York City. Admore Air worked very closely along with CFS Engineers on this project.

We have a compilation of Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, piping and sheet metal specialists who compile and provide budget and fast track proposals to our clients. Our estimators have a profound knowledge of the HVAC industry and are adept in our busi-ness and provide timely and efficient proposal for all projects. We work every closely with clients and engineers alike with design and efficiency of turning over timely projects.
Construction HVACOur construction and installation department is headed up by Robert Andreala. This division specializes in new and existing construction, renovations and alterations that include high rise commercial and residential, out of the ground construction, tenant office fit out, retail fit out, central plant and infrastruc-ture, hospital and hospitality fit out, institutional and university projects. We have a Philosophy, of “no job too small, no job too big” We have our own in-house engineers to value engi-neer, help design, budget and build a diversity of projects. Our back of house teams are well supported by an intelligent hard working team of project managers and field personnel.
