Focus on ObjectivesAs a collaborator, Julie has a great ability to balance different (often conflicting) personalities, and still stay focused on the goals of the project. As a manager, I have seen her do this balancing act several times - creating an atmosphere where nobody feels ignored, and at the same time, no one is allowed to derail the work.
One time in particular, Julie helped save a multi-million-dollar project. I had just sold a television show to TLC, and once we began filming, the network suddenly came up with a list of unreasonable (and almost impossible) demands. Julie stayed level headed, adapted quickly and organized the solutions. I have genuine admiration for Julie’s skills and confidently recommend her.
