The number of e-commerce shoppers in China will take off through 2015, growing from 145 million people to 329 million. Online shopping is exploding in China, having reached RMB 774 billion in total transaction value at the end of 2011. Business-to-consumer (B2C) component has been the most dynamic segment, accounting for more than 23% of online sales transactions. By 2015, China will be the world’s leading e-commerce market, and B2C e-commerce will represent more than 40% of total online sales. HOW TO SURF ON THIS WAVE?
