Elyse Dashew started with one issue that she wanted a solution for. This drew her into leadership and connections. This snowballed into more and more projects that she now loves being involved in.

Bill Staton began in elementary school as a leader in Boy Scouts. He loved being a leader and continues to lead on a church leadership board.

Kendel Bryant grew up with a passion for helping those less fortunate than herself. Now she has a love for helping youth in her area, specifically by providing parks and recreational areas.

Our class of YLCM has been called to lead by those that have recommended us. We find joy in leadership among our various fields of passion.

How will we make change?

Communication with our peers

Being a part of organizations such as these

Staying informed on issues

Speaking to our superiors when we see an opportunity for change
