Positive Psychology is hugely effective thanks to focusing on Coachees STRENGTHS,

As an effect my clients feel excitement instead of fear, when thinking about life changes.They transform their negative thoughts into positive ones, learning how to deal with thinkingerrors and underestimating themselves.

They learn how to make their own, beneficial decisions and how to achieve whatever theydream of in their private and work life.

I believe we all have potential and no one has a bigger influence on our own thoughts

and lives than yourself.

I am a coach not only after academic training but also with private experience in life

coaching, therapies and hard work on my own positive and open approach to life.

I have decided to free myself from strangling thoughts and suffocating assumptions,

therefore I believe I am the best example of positive life change.

I also believe that change is possible for any of us if a certain amount of effort is put

into ones actions.

*it is advised for sessions to be held during working hours at least once every

second week. However, evening and Saturday slots are also available for

exceptionally busy people.*

*It is advised to Business to offer their Coaching Employees 45 minutes of their

working hours, not less than once every 2 weeks.

Each Employee will receive one of three Coaching Packages of individual

one-to-one sessions:

package 45 minutes frequency

BRONZE 3 sessions Every 2-3 weeks

SILVER 5 sessions Every 2–3 weeks

GOLD 10 sessions Every 1-2 weeks

OFFER

Offer depends on a number of Coaching Employees and chosen Packages.

i.e. If you choose to benefit 4 – 6 Employees with individual BRONZE Coaching package the cost will be

£240 per person for 3 sessions. The most cost effective would be the GOLD package for 4-6 people.
