Three Ways to Participate The Lifŏcity Rewards program was designed to appeal to a diverse audience and allow you to participate in the manner that best fits how you want to work, your personality and your goals.

1 Customer Lifŏcity is a customer centric brand and anyone can join as a customer by purchasing a product. Customers can also take advantage the Lifŏcity Rewards Program and earn Free product with the SmartSave Bonus as detailed on page 13.

2 Affiliate Influencer Anyone who wants to build a business based on promoting and selling products to earn retail commissions by referring customers, can enroll as an Affiliate Influencer by paying the annual membership fee of $10.00 USD. Your annual Affiliate Influencer membership gives you a custom Lifŏcity Affiliate Cloud where you can track orders, commissions and access business tools. Affiliate Influencers can refer customers and earn 1 level of retail commissions but cannot earn income from others in the network. Affiliate Influencers earn on Personal Sales Volume (PSV) only.

Retail Commission A monthly commission (20%) based on the percentage of Sales Volume (SV) that is generated from your personally enrolled Customers. SmartSave Bonus The opportunity to get your product FREE every month by directly referring 2 SmartSave Retail Customers. See page 13 for details.

3 Brand Partner Anyone who desires to build a network of Customers, Affiliate Influencers and Brand Partners has the opportunity to earn from the entire Lifŏcity rewards program by enrolling as a Brand Partner by paying the annual membership fee of $30.00 USD. Your annual membership gives you an enhanced Lifŏcity Brand Partner Cloud which allows you to track the activity of your team, your progress in the Lifŏcity Rewards Program and provides access to Brand Partner business tools.

FastStart Accelerators Business Builder Pack The Lifŏcity Business Builder Pack helps you get your business off to a fast start with product for personal consumption, product to sell and share. The Lifŏcity Business Builder Pack also provides accelerators in the Lifŏcity Rewards program by pre-qualifying you at Rank 5 for 1 year and doubling the Level 1 payout to 40% in the Enroller Bonus for 30 days. FastStart Accelerators FastStart14 Bonus Pays a cash bonus, LIFE Bucks and additional FastStart Bonuses, based on a Brand Partner’s Personal Team Volume (PTV) and Team Volume (TV) within the first 14 days following the activation of their FastStart Challenge. A Brand Partner’s FastStart Challenge is automatically activated upon a Brand Partner’s first customer purchase, first enrollment of a Brand Partner, Affiliate Influencer or 10 days after enrollment, whichever comes first. FastStart14 Bonus Facts: Who is eligible: Qualified and Engaged Brand Partners Qualifying cycle: 14 full days following activation of FastStart Challenge What you will receive:

• One-time $250 cash bonus • 100 LIFE Bucks • Level 2 and 3 of Enroller Bonus doubled (Level 2 = 10%, Level 3 = 20%) • Level 4 at 5% will be added to Enroller Bonus

FastStart Accelerators FastStart30 Pool A pool for Brand Partners who earned the FastStart30 Bonus during their qualifying cycle, based on 0.5% of company-wide New Volume (NV) during the calendar month.

Eligibility requirements:

• Shares are paid to Brand Partners who achieve FastStart30 status for the first time during the qualifying cycle.

Retail Rewards

Retail Commissions A monthly residual commission based on the percentage of SV that occurs on each of 1 to 11 levels following the Placement Tree. All one-time and SmartSave orders will be paid accordingly, with the exception of orders that pay via the Enroller Bonus and SmartSave Bonus.

Retail Rewards

Retailer Bonus The Retailer Bonus pays 40% on 50% of the SV produced by personally enrolled Customers of Brand Partners, plus up to 15% on 50% of the SV produced by Level 1 - 3 Customers in your Sponsorship Tree.

*Qualifying Customers must place order during qualifying period. No minimum SV.

1. If the Brand Partner who has earned a Retail

Bonus is not qualified, his/her Retail Bonus will roll up (based on line of sponsorship) to find the next qualified Brand Partner.

2. Applicable SV does not include Brand Partner’s own order/s

3. Personally enrolled Customer qualifier: a. Refer footnotes on page 21.

4. Note: Retail Bonus can be received by as little as one person and as many as 4.

5. The Retail Bonus is based on number of unique household Customers who place an order, not number of Customer orders.

Retail Rewards

Retail Match Earn a percentage of the Retail Commissions earned by Engaged Brand Partners who contribute towards a Brand Partner’s Team Volume (TV). That is, within the Brand Partner’s first three levels,

based on the Sponsorship Tree.

Retail Match Facts: Who is eligible: Qualified and Engaged Brand Partners Qualifying cycle: Monthly Pay period: Monthly What you will receive:

• A % of total paid Retail Commissions based on Rank on up to 3 Levels of the Sponsorship Tree compressed to include only Engaged Brand Partners.

Eligibility Requirements for Champion Match (Rank 5 – 10):

• In addition to reaching Rank 5 or above, qualifiers are required to have 800 SV Personal Team Volume (PTV)

Notes:

1. The Retail Match is paid from the Retail

Commissions of all Brand Partners (within three levels), regardless of rank. It makes no difference what rank the downline Brand Partner is that you earn Retail Match from. Your own rank is the only factor in determining the Retail Match (per the chart above).

2. Compression rules apply as described in Point 1, in the 5G Champion Bonus section on page 12. A Brand Partner’s first three levels applicable to the Retail Match should only be made up of Engaged

(but not necessarily Commission Qualified) Brand Partners.

3. If a Brand Partner is not Commission Qualified but otherwise would have earned a 5G Champion Bonus, all those Brand Partners three levels upline to them will not receive a Retail Match on this non-qualified Brand Partner’s unpaid 5G Champion Bonus.

4. Orders placed by personally enrolled Brand Partners during their first 30 days will not be included in the 5G Champion or Retail Match Bonuses.

5G Champion Bonus In addition to the Retail Commission, the 5G Champion Bonus offers a percentage of SV that occurs from unlimited levels of Brand Partners one to 5 Generations deep following the Sponsorship Tree. .

Smart Save Subscription Rewards SmartSave Bonus Get your product FREE every month by directly referring 2 SmartSave Subscription Customers. All Affiliate Influencer, Brand Partner AND Customer accounts can participate in this bonus!

LIFE Bucks Facts:

Affiliate Influencers, Brand Partners and Customers can use their LIFE Bucks on approved products for one-time and recurring SmartSave orders. You just pay for the tax and shipping. Partial LIFE Bucks can be applied to the sub total (excluding tax and shipping), with the balance being paid via credit card on file, along with tax and shipping. Your SmartSave order will automatically use LIFE Bucks if you have the entire, or partial value in your wallet, up to a maximum of $500; ONLY IF you have 2 Active SmartSave Customers Who is eligible: All Customers, Affiliate Influencers and Brand Partners Qualifying cycle: Monthly Pay period: 1st day of month Eligibility requirements

• 2 Personally enrolled Customer SmartSave orders - New Volume and SmartSave Orders only. • Personal active SmartSave order • No minimum volume

What you will receive: LIFE Bucks equal to the average of your two highest Customer orders

Notes: 1. SmartSave Bonus does not cover the cost of

3. Both (2) Customer orders must be placed in the same calendar month to earn LIFE Bucks for a given period.

4. If you have more than two valid customer orders, the two largest orders placed within the current month will be used to calculate your LIFE Bucks.

5. Only 1 order per customer will be applied to the qualification. In the event a customer has

multiple orders, the highest value order will be used. 6. Orders that qualify towards the SmartSave Bonus do

not get counted towards the Retail Bonus or Retail Commissions.

7. Brand Partners, Affiliates and Customers must maintain Active SmartSave order during the Pending Period, or the SmartSave Bonus for previous qualifying cycle will not be paid out.

8. Orders that use LIFE Bucks for the complete value of the order will NOT count as a qualifying order towards the SmartSave Bonus. Orders that use LIFE Bucks for partial value of the order will have the qualifying value of that order reduced in proportion

Leadership Rewards FastStart30 Leadership Bonus Pays a cash bonus and unlocks additional levels on the FastStart30 Bonus, based on developing 5 FastStart30 Brand Partners within 120 days following the start of the FastStart Challenge.

FastStart30 Leadership Bonus Facts: Who is eligible: Qualified and Engaged Brand Partners Qualifying cycle: 120 full days following the start of the FastStart Challenge Pay period: Weekly What you will receive:

• One-time $1000 cash bonus

• Unlock FastStart option of the Enroller Bonus Eligibility requirements:

• Develop 5 personally enrolled Brand Partners who achieve FastStart30 Notes:

1. Brand Partners must maintain 5 unique personally enrolled customers in order to

maintain the Accelerated FastStart30 Leadership Bonus.

2. The Accelerated FastStart30 Leadership Bonus increase will commence at the start of the next weekly qualifying cycle, following the week in

which the FastStart30 Enroller was earned (via either option).

a. This additional FastStart30 Leadership Bonus will be permanent for as long as the Brand Partner remains Engaged.

Leadership Rewards Brand Champion Pool Four separate pools for all Brand Partners who reach the R7, R8, R9 and R10 ranks, each based on 1% of total company SV produced over a calendar quarter. Brand Champion Pool Facts: Who is eligible: Qualified and Engaged Brand Partners Qualifying cycle: Monthly Pay period: Quarterly (Every 3 months on Calendar Basis) What you will receive: 1% of company SV during the qualifying cycle will be divided between total number of Shares earned by all Brand Partner

• Achieve Paid Rank 7 during the qualifying cycle = 1 share of R7 pool* • Achieve Paid Rank 8 during the qualifying cycle = 1 share of R8 pool + 1 share of R7 pool* • Achieve Paid Rank 9 during the qualifying cycle = 1 share of the R9 pool + 1 share of R8 pool + 1 share of R7

1. The SV applied to the Leadership Pools is made up of the total SV of all products sold during the qualifying cycle. That is, not a pool of SV after it has been adjusted as a result of bonuses which dilute the SV. eg. Enroller Bonus, Retail Bonus, and Retail Match).

2. Unique personally enrolled Customers qualifier: a. Refer footnotes on page 21.

3. Each rank, from Rank-7 through Rank-10, will have its own pool made up of 1% of company-wide SV produced over a calendar quarter (Jan-Mar is Q1, Apr-Jun is Q2, etc.).

4. The Brand Champion Pool is calculated monthly and paid at the end of each quarter.

a. Example #1: If Brand Partner-A was a Rank-7 in October, a Rank-8 in November, and a Rank-9 in December, he would receive 3 shares of the Rank-7 Pool, 2 shares of the Rank-8 Pool, and 1 share of the Rank-9 Pool.

Partner Placement

The Partner Placement feature is an incredible tool, providing strategic team building placement. Partner Placement allows you to create collaborative synergies with Brand Partners that you think would benefit from being on the same team. Reward those that deserve it by helping them grow their teams as well as advance to higher ranks.

The key to using Partner Placement is to sponsor personally every month and create new Lifŏcity Brand Partners that you can hold in the Waiting Room. Create momentum by helping them FastStart so you build volume that you can then place on the team of your choice. This also allows the new Lifŏcity Brand Partner to gain additional support by teams that are already in place. Remember, take your time. Once the Brand Partners are placed they CAN NOT be moved again.

HOW IT WORKS Who is eligible: Qualified and Engaged Brand Partners Rank 5 and above

When you personally enroll Lifŏcity Brand Partners, they are automatically placed in your Waiting Room for up to 30 days. The Waiting Room is located on your 1st level. During that time, you (the sponsor) has the option to place the new Brand Partner into an open position in an existing leg in your Placement Tree. Allowing you to place a new Brand Partner in an open position in the Placement Tree provides an opportunity to increase the sales volume in an existing leg that is already in place. Any volume associated with the Brand Partner, at the time of the move, also moves with the that person.

If you decide to not move a Brand Partner or if the 30 days expires, they will be permanently positioned on your 1st level. Rank advancement and Retail Commissions are based on the sales volume in the Placement Tree. All moves are FINAL.

FastStart Challenge The Lifŏcity FastStart Challenge is designed to help you get your Lifŏcity business off to a fast start and build a solid foundation for success. By achieving FastStart Accelerators, you have the ability to enhance your earning potential in other Lifŏcity rewards. A Brand Partner’s FastStart Challenge is automatically activated upon a Brand Partner’s first customer purchase, first enrollment of a Brand Partner or Affiliate Influencer or 10 days after enrollment, whichever comes first.

Ranks & Qualification Achieved Rank: The highest rank ever achieved by a Brand Partner. A Brand Partner will always be referenced by this rank, which is permanently assigned for as long as they remain engaged. Paid Rank: The rank the Brand Partner is qualified for in that particular week or month, which is the rank they are paid at. NOTE: Your monthly Paid Rank is confirmed on the 15th of the following month. Current Rank: The rank at which a Brand Partner has qualified for DURING the pay period, before it ends. This rank could go up or down once the period ends. All rank qualifications and commissions in Lifŏcity Rewards are based on the SV (Sales Volume) assigned to all commissionable products sold.

Personal Sales Volume (PSV): 1. The Brand Partner’s own initial purchase of products. 2. The accumulation of PSV from more than one of the Brand Partner’s own orders. 3. The sale of products to a Customer. 4. Any combination of the above three scenarios.

Team Volume (TV): 1. The total SV within a given qualification period in the first three levels of a Brand Partner’s Sponsorship

Tree, in addition to SV from the Brand Partner’s own personally enrolled Customers. 2. TV is compressed based on Brand Partner’s Sponsorship Tree. 3. TV does not include personal orders. Group Volume (GV) is calculated at the end of each calendar month based on a Brand Partner’s Placement Tree: 1. GV is based on the SV within a given qualification period in the Placement Tree. 2. All GV is reset at the beginning of each new month. 3. No GV is ever carried over. 4. Refunded items that produce GV are deducted from the monthly GV total of the month in which the refund is

issued.

70% RULE: No more than 70% of your GV can come from one team. A team is any personally enrolled Brand Partner and their entire Community volume. PENDING PERIOD: Your monthly Paid Rank is confirmed on the 15th of the following month, after a true-up (Pending Period). All volume adjustments due to failed credit card charges, product refunds, etc. that occur during this period, and that are applicable to orders processed during the previous month, will be factored into all rank qualification and commission calculations for that month.

Qualification to Earn An Affiliate Influencer or Brand Partner is qualified to earn if they meet a minimum of 50 PSV*, during the current Qualifying Cycle and maintain Engaged status:

An Affiliate Influencer or Brand Partner is Engaged, if they HAVE qualified for minimum PSV in the current qualifying month and they must qualify during the current month.

An Affiliate Influencer or Brand Partner is NOT Engaged, if they have NOT qualified in the previous Calendar Month qualification cycle.

* No more than 40% of PSV requirement can come from a Brand Partner’s own orders, including initial, one time and SmartSave orders.

* Some bonuses have specific qualification requirements that a Brand Partner must meet to qualify for that specific bonus.

Pay Periods Earnings are calculated on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual period depending on the specific reward or bonus.

A pay “week” begins at 12:00am Monday morning and ends at 11:59pm the following Sunday. Times are based on Mountain time zone as displayed inside the Lifŏcity Cloud (www.Lifŏcity.me).

A pay “month” is based on a standard calendar month.

• All monthly commissions will be calculated and paid on the 15th of the following month for the previous month’s activity. If the 15th falls on a Saturday, commissions will be paid on Friday the 14th. If the 15th falls on a Sunday, commissions will be paid on Monday the 16th.

• Volume adjustments due to failed credit card charges, product refunds, etc. that occur prior to closing the commission run and that are applicable to orders processed during the previous month, will be factored into commission calculations for that month.

Position Sponsorship Tree: The entire downline hierarchy based on all personally enrolled Brand Partners being put on only the first level. Does not include those sponsored by an Upline Brand Partner.

Placement Tree: The entire downline hierarchy based on how all Brand Partners are positioned, including those who have been sponsored by an upline Brand Partner and “placed”.

Volume SV (Sales Volume): The points assigned to all commissionable products.

PSV (Personal Sales Volume): The total amount of Sales Volume (SV) produced by an Affiliate Influencer or Brand Partner from his/her personal purchases and from sales to their Customers. PSV is one of the primary factors in determining personal income qualifications. PSV is calculated by looking back one calendar month.

Leg Volume (LV): The total amount of SV in each of a Brand Partner’s Placement legs. All those on a Brand Partner’s first level within the Placement Tree are considered the top of that leg.

NV (New Volume): The SV produced by all orders placed during the first 30 days of all new personally enrolled Customers, Affiliate Influencers and Brand Partners. Used only as a qualifier for certain bonuses.

GV (Group Volume): The total SV within a given qualification period in the Placement Tree.

TV (Team Volume): The total SV within a given qualification period in the first three levels of a Brand Partner’s Sponsorship Tree, in addition to SV from the Brand Partner’s own personally enrolled Customers. TV also includes SV from orders of Customers enrolled by Affiliate Influencers and Brand Partners on your first three levels). TV does NOT include SV from a Brand Partner’s own purchases.

PTV (Personal Team Volume): The total SV within a given qualification period in the first level of a Brand Partner’s Sponsorship Tree. Includes volume from personally enrolled Customers, Affiliate Influencers and Brand Partners. PTV does NOT include volume from the Customers of personally enrolled Brand Partners or Affiliate Influencers. PTV does NOT include SV from a Brand Partner’s own purchases.

Additional Terms

Personally Enrolled Customers The footnotes below pertain to all 'Unique Personally Enrolled Customer' qualifiers.

1. If a Customer enrolls and places an order, then within the same month formally resigns their Customer membership, this Customer will still count towards the enroller’s Customer total for that month.

2. Only one personally enrolled Customer from the same household is counted towards a Brand Partner’s total Customer count. However, more than one Brand Partner may count multiple Customers from the same household, as long as each Customer has a unique enroller.

3. Unique households are based on the address profile of Customers.

4. If a Customer places an order then at least 2 hours later in the same month enrolls as a Brand Partner, the Customer will still count towards the Customer total of the Brand Partner who enrolled them as a Customer regardless of who subsequently enrolled them as a Brand Partner. If this Customer enrolls as a Brand Partner less than 2 hours after they enrolled as a Customer, then the order will be converted to a Brand Partner order and will not count towards the total Customer count.

5. Customers who place a Trial/sample order are not counted as enrolled Customers for qualification purposes.

6. If an Engaged Brand Partner (at least 50 PSV) is converted to a Customer during the month, per the Customer status rule, this Customer will count towards their enroller’s Customer total. Customer Status Rule: All Affiliate Influencers and Brand Partners who have produced Personal Sales Volume but have no Team Volume, nor has earned any income, during three monthly qualifying cycles, will be converted to the status of Customer.

Enroller Bonus

1. SmartSave orders are not counted towards the Enroller Bonus.

2. 30 days starts from date of enrollment. 3. Any product order with a SV value is applicable. 4. All Commission Qualified Brand Partners are

eligible for the Enroller Bonus regardless of rank. 5. Enroller Bonus payouts are based on the

Sponsorship Tree. 6. SV of all applicable orders is only applied to the

Enroller Bonus and does not contribute SV to any

other bonus, with the exception of the 1% that goes in the 30-Day Bonus Pool.

7. If the Brand Partner who has qualified for a Enroller Bonus is not Engaged, his/her Pro Enroller Bonus will roll up (based on line of sponsorship) to find the next Qualified and Engaged Brand Partner.

a. Example: Brand Partner-A sponsors Brand Partner-B who sponsors Brand Partner-C who sponsors Brand Partner-D. If Brand Partner-C does not qualify for a $40 Enroller Bonus he could have earned from Brand Partner-D’s first order, then Brand Partner-B would receive this $40 Enroller Bonus. If Brand Partner-B is not Engaged, then the Enroller Bonus rolls on up to Brand Partner-A.

b. Only the Standard % Enroller Bonus rolls up, not the

increased percentages based on FastStart14 Bonus,

FastStart30 Bonus or Power Enroller being achieved. 8. 30 Days of 40% on Level 1: Brand Partner.

a. At the end of the 30 days, the Level 1 Bonus will revert to 20%.

b. 40% on Level 1 is only given to Brand Partners who purchase a Builder Pack on enrollment OR prior to beginning their FastStart Challenge.

9. Orders paid via the Enroller Bonus will not be included in the 5G or Retail Match Bonuses.

Personal Purchases No feature of the Lifŏcity Rewards Program constitutes a personal purchase requirement to become a Lifŏcity Brand Partner, move up in rank in or otherwise fully participate in the Rewards Program. No product purchase is required of anyone at any time to fully participate as a Lifŏcity Brand Partner. The Rewards Program is built on retail sales to Customers. Lifŏcity recognizes that Brand Partners may wish to purchase product either for resale or, in reasonable amounts, for personal or family use. Pursuant to Lifŏcity’s terms, policies and procedures, the purchase of products primarily as an attempt to qualify for advancement in the Rewards Program is not permitted. Brand Partners are prohibited from (1) buying excessive inventory or encouraging others to do so, and (2) representing that there is any obligation to personally purchase products,
