Ms. Fumiyo/Ms. Lori We hope you all had a wonderful

Thanksgiving with your families and friends! Highlights from November were our outdoor fall leaf collage and making wreaths, playing with pumpkin pie playdough, learning new songs with Mr. Don, painting turkeys and making Thanksgiv-ing hats in Ms. Missy's activity room, but mostly, spending time outside enjoying the beautiful sights of autumn! We'd like to thank Ms. Elsie's 4 year olds for coming into our class to read their special books to the toddlers. They really en-joyed it! This month we will learn about the 5 senses of Christmas - see, smell, touch, hear and taste. Our colors will be "green" and "red", shape is "star", and our nursery rhyme is "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star".

Ms. Anu & Ms. Kate - November went by so quickly. It is so hard to believe that we will be eating Thanksgiving soon and then getting ready for Christmas. We are enjoying working with your children eve-ryday. We continue to work on the alphabet with art pro-jects to go with each letter. Each month we have a shape and numbers we also have art projects to go with them. We also enjoyed celebrating Sharvil, Ms. Anu, Rena and Ms. Kate's birthdays in November. Katie's birthday is in December. We had a new friend join our class at the beginning of Novem-ber. We have a new friend joining us in December and two new friends in January. Monday we have chapel time. The class has really enjoyed fun activities with Ms. Missy each week in the Activity Room. On Friday's we enjoy music with Mr. Don. As you probably have guessed we have started to practice for the Christmas Program on December 20. The class is doing a great job. We wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and Blessed New Year.

Ms. Anna Bye, Bye Fall! We were truly busy as can be! In November we learned about the first Thanksgiving and shar-ing what we are thankful for. We will continue to do our fun activities in December. A special thanks to our families who donate for raffle basket, food drive and healthy snack for our class! You are the nicest families I’ve ever worked with! Thank you for your dedica-tion and love for your children.

Fantastic Four’s

Ms. Donna November seems to have come and gone so quickly! Our class learned much about Thanksgiving, Pil-grims, Native Americans, and gratitude. We especially en-joyed making our own butter- - it was so much work but quite worth the effort! Rolling into December, we have so much to do. We will be busy preparing for Christmas by learning about the reason for the Season, making special gifts, and practicing our songs and lines from the play for our Christmas Program. The children are so excited! And, thanks again to all the parents who have kindly contributed to our Raffle Basket! Ms. Elsie- . Thank You all for the donations for our Raffle Basket. Please don’t forget to get your tickets!

I hope all of you had a Blessed Thanksgiving. The children were discussing what they were Thankful for, and learned that everything we have to be Thankful for, was made by God. They have also learned the verse "Every Good Gift, Comes from God."

We had fun making our “Turkeys with Soul," sharing our story of the month with other classes, and sharing Bread like our book, "The Little Red Hen." We started our “Rhyming Words” through Nursery Rhymes, Songs and Chil-dren’s Literature.

In December, we will be getting ready for “The Reason for The Season” JESUS. We are learning that Baby Jesus was born on Christmas Day. Your children are learning this through Chapel with Mr. CD, songs in Music Class with Mr. Don and Bible stories in class during Circle Time.

With this GREAT TEAM working with your children, your child is able to tell you the reason for the season is not just receiving presents, but to remember Who Jesus is… The Son Of God. I look forward to seeing all of you at our Christmas Program. Please check your Calendars, we have planned great things for you and your child.

I pray that all of you have a Merry CHRISTmas.
