3/ No air flow indicators are present at appropriate points on the system to indicate the system isfunctioning correctly. Reference should be made to HSG 258 regarding the installation of air flowindicators.

4/ Please provide test holes for the measurement of PSI and PSO.

5/ We note that the dust collector unit is fitted with explosion relief facility. This facility should be ducted toa safe place in the open air. Where this is not possible then consideration should be given to the fitting ofexplosion deflector plates or the re-siting of the collector unit. In no case should it be discharged intooccupied workrooms or areas containing combustible materials.

Other Observations We note that the dust collector unit is fitted with explosion relief facility. This facility should be ducted to a safe place in the open air. Where this is not possible then consideration should be given to the fitting of explosion deflector plates or the re-siting of the collector unit. In no case should it be discharged into occupied workrooms or areas containing combustible materials. Please provide the fan and motor technical data. Please provide the filter efficiency data.
