4/ Please provide test holes for the measurement of PSI and PSO.

5/ We note that the dust collector unit is fitted with explosion relief facility. This facility should be ducted toa safe place in the open air. Where this is not possible then consideration should be given to the fitting ofexplosion deflector plates or the re-siting of the collector unit. In no case should it be discharged intooccupied workrooms or areas containing combustible materials.

Andy, I am just updated the reports that you have sent in and would appreciate some additional words placing on the next report that you send in for this item. Suggest you either drill the holes you require or ask Maint on your next trip to do this when you are here, as they will then be in the position that you require. Point 5. Can you add to the wording of the explosion relief door that we have advised you there is no practical alternative location for the extractor unit. 3/ The build up of contaminant dusts on the grinder, capture hood and duct should be cleared. Theextraction should be used during all dry grinding operations.

4/ Please provide test holes for the measurement of PSI and PSO.

5/ We note that the dust collector unit is fitted with explosion relief facility. This facility should be ducted toa safe place in the open air. Where this is not possible then consideration should be given to the fitting ofexplosion deflector plates or the re-siting of the collector unit. In no case should it be discharged intooccupied workrooms or areas containing combustible materials.
