Acquisition of DOP

Orthophotos production is organized into a maps index consisting of 67 Aerial Triangulation units for aero-

photogrammetry works called AT blocks. AT blocks are obtained dividing the seven TM Zones in a 1.5 degree

Longitude and 1.0 degree Latitude rectangles, covering the whole Turkey.

GCP measurements for the South-Eastern area of Turkey for Blocks K5, L5, M4 and M5 are

not progressing due to security issues in the area. The only option might be to utilize

existing 1:25,000 topographic maps if no field works can be performed.
