The World Internet Project was designed to get in on the ground floor with the introduction of the internet and related social, economic and political changes and to watch and document what happens as households and nations acquire and use the Internet.

Representative population sample surveys in over 25 countries which measure attitudes and behaviours and allow them to be related to internet use and non-use.
