MDF.HLS Panels MDF.HLS panels are the latest generation of wood-based panels. They are made of wood fibres that are bonded together at high temperature and under high pressure making it the most durable material. Panels are cha- racterised by above-average moisture-resistant properties with very high physical-mechanical parameters. They are suitable for construction purpo- ses that require panels to bear the highest possible structural loads and can also be further processed and painted. MDF.HLS panels can be safely and stably mounted using conventional tools (hooks, nails, screws, etc.). Their heavy duty load bearing capacity make MDF.HLS panels ideal for use in hu- mid conditions and for a wide range of other possible applications – double glazing infills, skirting boards, stair components, signs in semi-exposed situ- ations, architectural mouldings. Moisture-resistant material for the production of furniture. Finished MDF.HLS panels are a high-performance material suitable for use in the furniture industry, particularly for the production of furniture intended for use in humid conditions (such as bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, etc.). The main advantages of MDF.HLS panels:

Excellent stability & rigidity; Excellent screw retention, also near the edge; Low thickness swelling properties; Can easily be processed by using conventional tools; Suitable for use in humid conditions; Quick & easy to assemble; The product meets high quality standards and is certified

environmentally friendly; Excellent price/performance ratio; Suitable for further processing (laminating, veneering, wrapping, etc.).

Construction material, e.g. building frames; On walls, ceilings, floors; The production of beams; Finishing touches on walls and ceilings; Roofing and formwork; The construction of farm buildings; Temporary closures for openings in buildings.

Application range:Technical and Industrial Application:

Produce containers on construction sites; Exhibitions (booths, stands, platforms); Furniture & carcass manufacturing; Production of advertising panels; Packaging purposes, i.e. pallets & transport containers that meet high

technical standards; Storage solutions (shelving, partitions, etc.); Temporary fencing on construction sites.

Properties of MDF.HLS - E1 panels manufactured according to EN 622-5MDF.HLS panels are manufactured according to E1 emission standard based on the following main European Standards: – EN 622-5 Specification - Part 5: Requirements for dry process MDF

boards;

– Harmonised European Standard EN 13986 - Wood-based panels for use in construction.

MDF.HLS panels fully comply with the strict requirements stipulated by the standards mentioned above.

The manufacture of MDF.HLS panels is continuously being monitored by the notifying body, the Building Research Institute, which confirms that the requirements for factory production and proper labelling of the product have been met:

Certified; Hygienic
