Banquet Menu Guidelines Menu Seasonality

Our menus are inspired by the seasons, and we partner with local producers for the freshest products

possible, and as a result, minor menu substitutions may occur. We are glad to provide options meeting

necessary dietary restrictions. Our Chef will be happy to assist in the development of custom menus to tailor to

your group’s specific tastes.

Guarantees

The guarantee is the number of guests attending each function. We require a guaranteed number of

guests 7 business days prior to arrival for meetings, breaks, buffets, and plated meals. You will be charged

for the guaranteed number or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. We always try to

produce a slight overage to allow for the unexpected 10%. Kindly notify your Event Manager as soon as

possible should your contracted numbers change.

Menu Selection

Unless otherwise agreed with your Event Manager in writing, menus must be finalized no less than 30 days prior

to your event. Menu selections made less than 2 weeks prior to an event may be subject to

substitution based on availability with no notice.

Please note that all food and beverage served at Running Y Ranch Resort must be purchased through

Running Y Ranch Resort. In addition, no food may be removed from catered events. The duration of all buffets

will be 2 hours or less.

Payment

Unless other written arrangements have been made with your Event Manager, all costs will be charged

to the group master account. Prices noted do not include a 22% service charge.

Meeting Rooms

Unless other written arrangements have been made with your Event Manager, all outdoor events must

conclude no later than 9pm due to association restrictions. Lodge and Ranch House events must conclude no lat-

er than 10pm and Ballroom events at midnight.

Minimum of 25 guests for buffets. Additional 22% charge if using Lunch Menu as a Dinner Menu. Customary 22% service charge is applicable to

all food and beverage charges. Catering Menu Prices are subject to change without notice. All contracts will be honored.
