Event Inquiry Application

From the Apostle’s Desk I would like to take the time out to thank you in advance for your request. It is an honor and

a privilege to be able to minister to the people of God and to see the sons of God be made

manifest in the earth. We put no confidence in man but our trust is in what God has put in

His men and women to advance the Kingdom of heaven in the earth. I believe, yokes will be

destroyed and burdens shall be removed off of the people of God. When this happens we

shall see and experience great exploits, for signs and wonders follow them that believe. I

also believe that a paradigm shift will take place to the souls of the people who attend and to

the region. This shift will catapult His people into divine alignment with their destiny and

purpose. On behalf of Manifesting International Kingdom Alliances and myself, Apostle

Michele D. Toussaint we are praying that this event transform you and your ministry/church

into higher spiritual realms. I rejoice in advance that you considered us to be a part of what

the Lord our God wants to do in your region and all that surrounds it. Romans 8:14; “For

as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” Please take the time to

absorb all that is being afforded you in this packet, which has been designed to be a resource

to you and for you. It is imperative that you understand the mandate that is upon your life so

that you may know your Kingdom rights, authority and position so that you would lead an

effective lifestyle that provokes you to be fruitful.

What is a Kingdom Ministry?

Well I am glad you asked, these are some of the prerequisites of a Kingdom Ministry that we

believe:

•  It is not in word, but in power (1 Corinthians 4:20) • It is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost (Romans 14:17)

2

• Casting out demons is a sign the Kingdom has come (Matthew 12:28) • The Kingdom of God is within you (Luke 17:20-21) • The Kingdom is demonstrated by healing deliverance, and miracles (Matthew 10:8) • Repentance is necessary to receive the Kingdom (Matthew 4:17) • The New Birth is necessary to see the Kingdom. • Prayer releases the Kingdom (Matthew 4:17) • There are mysteries in the Kingdom. These mysteries can only be known by

revelation (Mark 4:11) • The Kingdom must be preached (Luke 4:43) • The Kingdom must be sought after (Matthew 6:33; Luke 12:31) • It is God’s pleasure to give us the Kingdom (Luke 12:32)

As a Kingdom Church, but not specifically defined as a denomination; the church accepts the

Scriptures as the revealed Will of God, it is infallible and absolute. As an Apostolic House

we believe in the Apostolic Commission which is written in Matthew 28:18-19;

19Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father,

and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

20Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I

am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

This Great Commission is to empower and model the local church to serve in the totality of

the New Testament dispensation. The term “Apostolic” is that which pertains to the apostle

and the term “Commission(ed)” establishes the sending or the “sent” forth with a specific

assignment, duty, or task by a principal. This term is not used to characterize our ministry as

an apostolic denomination. Christ’s apostles are specially commissioned officers of the New

Testament Church. (Num. 27:23, Deut. 23, 1 Sam. 21:2, 2 Cor. 1:21; 2:17, 2 Sam. 18:11,

Isa. 49:5, Eph. 4:11-12, 1 Cor. 12:28

What does it mean to be Kingdom Minded?

Paul the Apostle said it best when he wrote to the church in Philippi in the book of Philippians 2:5; Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus. We must understand that we are to emulate the thought pattern Jesus has. When we look at scripture as a basis for all things we see in Proverbs 23:7; 7 For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee. The phrase “in his heart” translated in Hebrew means soul. So than it is safe to say what a man thinks in his soul he becomes. I would like to see you and the Body of Christ to BECOME one in thought with the son of God. It is seen through some of the writings of Paul the Apostle that he had to deal with the soul of the people, here is another example as he wrote to the church at Colossae in the book of Colossians 3:10; “And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:”

In conclusion, I pray that all that has been provided to you will propel you into your destiny and purpose. I understand according to Proverbs 11:30; “and he that winneth souls is wise” and it is the wisdom that Abba Father has given me to win the souls of His people back unto Him. We are here to make sure that your life will not only be impacted but you will then impact others. In Kingdom advancement it is the responsibility of the citizens thereof to affect and infect you with a Kingdom mindset causing you to do as the Lord has commissioned you, as it is written in His Word. We celebrate this up and coming event and our participation. We look forward to what the Lord will do “next” in your life, your ministry/church and even your region. For those that do have a Kingdom mindset, for you I pray that the deep has summoned you into the deep and cause a paradigm shift in your life, ministry and the nations through you.

Kingdom Blessings,

Apostle Michele D. Toussaint Manifesting International Kingdom Alliances

STATEMENT OF FAITH & DOCTRINE From  the  time  Jesus  began  to  preach,  and  to  say,  repent:    for  the  kingdom  of  heaven  is  at  hand.    Matthew  4:17  (KJV)    …He  gave  them  power  (exousia)  against  unclean  spirits,  Matthew  10:1  (KJV)  {and  gave  them  power  and  authority  (AMP)}  And  as  ye  go,  preach,  saying,  The  Kingdom  of  Heaven  is  at  hand.    Heal  the  sick,  cleanse  the  lepers,  raise  the  dead,  cast  out  devils:    freely  ye  have  received,  freely  give.    Matthew  10:7,8  (KJV)  And  they  continued  steadfastly  in  the  apostles’  doctrine  and  fellowship,  and  in  breaking  of  bread,  and  in  prayers.    Acts  2:42

The apostles were sent to proclaim the message of the Kingdom. Apostles have a Kingdom message and emphasis. The Kingdom of God is the rule, reign, and the sovereignty of God over His creation. This is the central message of Christ that is required for repentance. This message of faith and doctrine requires submission and obedience to the KING (Jesus).

The actions of the Apostles begin with Jesus giving instructions concerning the Kingdom of God, and ends with Paul preaching the Kingdom of God. We accept the demonstrated power of the Kingdom through miracles, signs, and wonders.

The following are prerequisites of a Kingdom Ministry:

• It is not in word, but in power (1 Corinthians 4:20)

• It is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost (Romans 14:17)

• Casting out demons is a sign the Kingdom has come (Matthew 12:28)

• The Kingdom of God is within you (Luke 17:20-21)

• The Kingdom is demonstrated by healing deliverance, and miracles (Matthew 10:8)

• Repentance is necessary to receive the Kingdom (Matthew 4:17)

• The New Birth is necessary to see the Kingdom.

• Prayer releases the Kingdom (Matthew 4:17)

• There are mysteries in the Kingdom. These mysteries can only be known by revelation (Mark 4:11)

• The Kingdom must be preached (Luke 4:43)

• The Kingdom must be sought after (Matthew 6:33; Luke 12:31)

• It is God’s pleasure to give us the Kingdom (Luke 12:32)

5

As a Kingdom Church, but not specifically defined as a denomination; the church accepts the Scriptures as the revealed Will of God, the all-sufficient rule of faith and practice and for the purpose of maintaining general unity, adopts these Statements of Fundamental Truths and Doctrine.

Section I. The Scriptures

The Bible is the inspired Word of God, the product of holy men of old who spoke and wrote as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. The New Covenant, as recorded in the New Testament, we accept as our infallible guide in matters pertaining to the Apostles of the Lamb (Apostles’ doctrine). (Acts 2:42; 2 Timothy 3:16; 1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Peter 1:21)

Section II. The Godhead

We believe there is one living and true God who has revealed Himself in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, infinitely perfect and eternal in existence and equal in glory, majesty and power (Matt. 28:19; Luke 3:21-22)

A). God the Father is the Creator of all things and the author of eternal redemption. (Matt. 6:9)

B). The Lord Jesus Christ was manifest in the flesh as the very Son of God, fully God and fully man, Creator of all things with the Father, and the appointed judge of all men (John 1:14; 18; Col. 1:13-20; Acts 17:31; Heb. 1:1-4). Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, was buried, resurrected bodily on the third day, according to the scriptures and appeared to His disciples (1 Cor. 15:1-8). He ascended to the Father, where He continues His High-Priestly ministry. He will personally and physically return for a glorious Church and execute judgment upon the wicked. (1 Thess. 4:16-18)

C). The Holy Spirit is The Comforter, the Promise of The Father (Acts 1:4), the Revealer of Christ and His work on the cross, The Empowered and The Distributor of Spiritual Gifts and Graces upon the Church.

Section III. Redeemed From the Curse of the Law

Man is a created being, made in the likeness and image of God, but through Adam’s transgression and fall, sin came into the world. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was manifested to undo the work of the devil and He gave His life and shed His blood to redeem and restore man back to God. Salvation is the gift of God to man, separate from works and the law, and

6

is made operative by grace through faith, in Jesus Christ, producing works acceptable to God. (Romans 5:14, Romans 3:10, Romans 3:23, Gal. 3:12-13, 1 John 3:8, Ephesians 2:8)

Section IV. Repentance Unto Eternal Life & Salvation

Man’s first step toward salvation is Godly sorrow that works repentance. Salvation (being born again) takes place when one confesses that Jesus Christ is Lord of their life ad believes in their heart that God raised Him from the dead. Salvation is necessary to all men, and when experienced, it produces eternal life. (2 Cor. 7:10, Rom. 10:9-10, 1 John 5:12, John 3:3-5)

The Evidence of Salvation:

1. The inward evidence to the believer of his/her salvation is the direct witness of the Holy Spirit. (Rom. 8:16)

2. The outward evidence to all men is a life of righteousness and true holiness. “And this is His commandment that we believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, just as He commanded us.” (1 John 3:23)

Faith and Works:

Salvation is by faith in Jesus Christ and not by human works; however, our works will determine the rewards in eternity. (Rom. 10:9-10, 2 Cor. 5:10)

Section V. Water Baptism

Baptism is by immersion in water. Water baptism is a public identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of the Jesus Christ. The old man is buried in baptism (Rom. 6:14). There is a cleansing that occurs in water baptism (Acts 22:16). Water baptism is a part of the apostolic commission (Matt. 28:19).

The ordinance of water baptism is a symbol of a Kingdom Citizen’s identification with Christ that effectively joins us to Christ and to His people. However, this change also means the surrender of our old identity.

Water Baptism declares the following:

1. Baptism is a memorial.

2. Baptism involves a confession.

3. Baptism declares a solemn determination. We are determined to be finished with sin.

4. Baptism announces a separation.

7

5. Baptism means accepting a new identity.

Does it matter what “Name” is used in Baptizing?

Yes! The name is the expression of authority. We are authorized to continue Christ’s work on earth, “in His name” -as agents having the power of attorney, spiritually. Both the power of His presence and the legal authority of His position at the right hand of God are resident in His name. The name needed in water baptism is the one showing the completeness of the entire Godhead: the Lord Jesus Christ, in which we baptize in. (Acts 2:38, Col. 2:9, 10, Col. 3:17) We believe that water baptism is administered as soon as they have heard and responded to the message of the Kingdom. The only requirement for water baptism is true repentance and a living faith in Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

Section VI. The Lord’s Supper

And when He had given thanks, He broke [it] and said, Take, eat. This is My body, which is broken for you. Do this to call Me [affectionately] to remembrance. Similarly when supper was ended, He took the cup also, saying, This cup is the new covenant [ratified and established] in My blood. Do this, as often as you drink [it], to call Me [affectionately] to remembrance. Let a man [thoroughly] examine himself, and [only when he has done] so should he eat of the bread and drink of the cup. (1 Cor. 11:24, 25; 28 AMP)

Section VII. Baptism of The Holy Spirit, the Promise of the Father

The Baptism in the Holy Spirit is a gift from God as promised by the Lord Jesus Christ to all believers in this dispensation and is received by faith, subsequent to the New Birth. All believers are entitled to and should ardently expect and earnestly seek the promise of the Father, the baptism of the Holy Ghost and fire, according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ. This experience is received by faith and then the believer is commanded to continually “be filled” with the Spirit. With this experience comes the endowment of power for life and service, the bestowment of the Gifts of His Spirit (1 Cor. 12:8-10) and their uses in the work of the ministry. (Matt. 3:11, John 14:16-17, Acts 1:8; 2:4, 38; 10:44-46; 11:14-16; 15:7-9; 19:1-7, Eph 5:18; Luke 24:49)

Section VIII. The Church

We believe the Church is the “Body of Christ” (1 Cor. 12:12-14; Eph. 1:22-23), “His Bride”, (Eph. 5:25) and “Temple of the Holy Spirit”, (1 Cor. 3:16), the expression of the present rule reign of Christ’s Kingdom of God on earth. Christians are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow “Citizens of The Kingdom of God” with the saints, and of the household of God (Eph. 2:19). These citizens are recognized as Christians who are members of the “Body of Christ”, a holy priesthood of believers that live out their commitment to Christ in love, unity

8

and community with other body members in the local church. This is the practical expression of Christian faith in action. We believe that God has gifted His Church with the unity of the Ministry Gifts (referred to as the five-fold ministry) of apostles, prophets, evangelist, pastors, and teachers for the work of the ministry, maturing, ordering, equipping, releasing and sending of the whole body to the works of service that reveal His Glory. (Eph. 4:11-16)

Section IX. A Kingdom Life Through Sanctification & Holiness

We believe that all Christians or “Citizens of The Kingdom of God” are called into a life of separation from sinful practices and they should take every opportunity to promote righteousness and godliness that is sanctified and holy. Holiness is the release of Christ within each and every believer, changing us into His image, from Glory to Glory. The Bible teaches we should follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord. We believe the doctrine of Sanctification as a definite, yet progressive work of grace, commencing at the time of regeneration and continuing until the consummation of salvation and Christ’s return. (Heb. 12:14, 1 Thess. 5:23, 2 Peter 3:18, 2 Cor. 3:18, Phil. 3:12-14, 1 Cor. 1:30)

• Spiritual (John 3:3;11, 2 Cor. 5:17-21, Romans 10:9-10) • Mental (2 Tim. 1:7, Romans 12:2, Isaiah 26:3) • Physical (Isaiah 53:4-5, Matt. 8:17, 1 Peter 2:24) • Financial (3 John 1:2, Mal. 3:10-11, Luke 6:38, 2 Cor. 9:6-10, Duet. 28:1-14) • Social (Proverbs 3:4)

Section X. The Apostolic Commission

We believe that we have been empowered as an Apostolic House, which is the local church model that serves the totality of the New Testament dispensation. The term “Apostolic” is that which pertains to the apostle and the term “Commission(ed)” establishes the sending or the “sent” forth with a specific assignment, duty, or task by a principal. This term is not used to characterize our ministry as an apostolic denomination. Christ’s apostles are specially commissioned officers of the New Testament Church. (Num. 27:23, Deut. 23, 1 Sam. 21:2, 2 Cor. 1:21; 2:17, 2 Sam. 18:11, Isa. 49:5, Eph. 4:11-12, 1 Cor. 12:28

Our Goal

• The Perfecting of the Saints • Equip The Nations for the work of The Ministry • Edify The Body of Christ

9

Our Objective

• Come into the unity of the Faith • The unity of The Knowledge of the Son of God • The measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ

The Purpose

• No more children, tossed to and fro • No more false doctrine • Expose craftiness and deceitfulness of men • Destroy the works of the adversary

The Mission

• Restoration of the Levitical priesthood • Advance the Kingdom of God • Transform the psyche of the people of God to the psyche of the Kingdom • Birthing son and daughters in the earth

Proverbs 11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

Section XI. Signs, Wonders, & Miracles

We believe that God will often exhibit His power through a combination of demonstrations as a process to deliver His people. Jointly, signs and wonders are God’s power displays that serve to confirm that His hand is with His messengers (servants). We believe that miracles can be events and achievements that occur outside the laws and limitations of the natural world. Miracles are integral to the New Testament Church and are acts of divine intervention for God’s public displays. Along with the working of wonders and manifestations of the Holy Spirit the body of believers that make up this special move of God are characterized as an apostolic and evangelical ministry. (Acts 4:30, 2 Cor. 12:12, Heb. 2:4, Deut. 6:22, Neh. 9:10, Jer. 32:30, Matt. 24:24, Acts 14:3; 20, Rom. 15:19, 1 Cor. 12:28-29, Acts 8:13, Acts 19:11)

Ref. The Prophets Dictionary by Dr. Paula Price pg. 339, 512, 513

Section XII. Laying On of Hands

We believe that the hand(s) is considered deeply significant in scripture. God speaks of His active power in the Earth as His hands. (Exod. 15:6) More important than all, the hand is the

10

vehicle of blessing. The laying on of hands as practiced in the New Testament is an operation of the ministry of the Holy Spirit for: (Acts 13:3, 2 Tim. 1:6, Mark 16:18)

• Healing the sick • The Baptism of the Holy Spirit • Impartation: activation/stirring of spiritual gifts • Dedication • Ordination of Ministry Offices • Sending Ministry Gift Leaders

Section XIII. Progressive Revelation

We believe: 1 Corinthians 12:28 (AMP) So God has appointed some in the church [for His own use]: first apostles (special messengers); second prophets (inspired preachers and expounders); third teachers; then wonder-workers; then those with ability to heal the sick; helpers; administrators; [speakers in] different (unknown) tongues.

Our ministry (Manifesting International Kingdom Alliances) is a teaching center, a place where the principles of The Kingdom of God are taught with present day truths. We believe in order for many believers to experience great breakthroughs in their life, God has ordained leaders that can help advance the citizens of His Kingdom by releasing sound doctrine and knowledge of the Word of God and continual instructions through apostolic and prophetic revelation. Advanced truths are essential to progressive revelatory training and teaching, so we recognize that God is continually restoring “truths” through progressive revelation. We therefore commit ourselves to fully allow the Lord, without any limitations, to receive restored truths that are substantiated according to the scriptures. (Prov. 22:17; 23:12, Dan. 12:4, Hab. 2:14, Acts 11:19-20, Acts 13:1, 2 Tim. 2:15, Heb. 6:1-3)

11

Apostle Michele D. Toussaint was born in Port-au-Prince

Haiti and was raised in New York since the age of 5

months. She was raised as a devote Roman Catholic until

the Lord called her in to Christianity in 1999. She was

ordained in 2004 under Apostle H. L. Burch as an

Evangelist; she has mentored men and women all across

the nation and Puerto Rico in overcoming life’s

controlling addictions. She was released in to her

prophetic mantle in 2006. “The word of the LORD came

to me, saying, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew

you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed

you as a prophet to the nations." (Jeremiah 1:4-5).

She has and continues to lead many into salvation and teach God’s people how to

maintain their life of deliverance. “If the son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free

indeed.” (John 8:36). She preaches the full gospel of Jesus Christ and exemplifies Christ

through her lifestyle of holiness. She truly leads by example and not compromise. This

Mighty woman of God has overcome the enemies, diabolical plots to destroy her life both

physically and mentally. She is a survivor of voodoo, every form of abuse as a child; incest,

rape physical, mental and emotional abuse. She has truly has overcame the enemy by the

blood of the Lamb and by the word of her testimony (Rev. 12:11).

God has anointed this woman of God to be a Spiritual Diplomat to the Body of Christ.

The Lord has endowed her with an international anointing to go into geographical regions to

do subdue certain territories and to instruct, train, establish, conquer and convert. Her cutting

edge ministry has not come without its battles in the body of Christ; she understands that

salvation is free but the anointing cost. Through it all she knows without God she cannot do

anything. She has accepted the burden that the Lord has put upon her shoulders for His

people with humbleness and humility.

12

Prophetess Michele D. Toussaint is the founder and President of Manifesting

International Kingdom Alliances and the Apostle over a local church. God has called her in

this dispensation to be a spiritual midwife to budding leaders and to provide healing for the

wounded and broken leaders that have strayed from the Body of Christ and call them back

into their rightful position of authority. They will come in wounded but they will soar as an

eagle, healed and made whole.
