    PAGE 1 (four panels)

    TITLE: Ringside Wreckoning!

CREDITS CAPTION: Writer/Creator: Mike Gagnon Art: Nelson Dan-

    ielson

    Panel 1

We see a pudgy cartoon hand holding a white piece of paper.

    Panel 2

We see a close-up of the paper. It is a bill. We can see it is made out to a

business called Empire Wrestling. The big bold type says FORCLO-

    SURE.

    Panel 3

    Close-up of someones teeth gritting.

    Panel 4

A close-up of the same persons eye squinting and shedding a tear.

    PAGE 2 (splash)

    Splash Page

We see shorter than average (but not a midget) elderly man with a handle

bar moustache. He is standing in the center of the frame. His head is flung

back and tears are flying from his eyes. This is Mr. Petney. His mouth is

open as he is wailing over something. We see his large nose rising above

the shape of his thrown back head. We can tell from the background andsurrounding area that Petney is standing in a rundown looking auditorium

style building. People are walking around and past him, but many have

stopped to look back at his outburst. Most of those closest in the building

to him are actually shorter; this is because they are midgets. That almost

makes him look tall. Most of the midgets are in Mexican wrestling at-

tire. Some of the nearby wrestlers are Coger, Lisa, Felix, and Bailey. (See

character descriptions) The regular people in the scene put things back in

perspective for us by letting us see that even though Petney is taller than

the midgets he is still a short man.

1 MR. PETNEY: WERE GOIN OUTTA BUSINESS!

    PAGE 3 (splash page)

Large splash page. A wide bright beam of light flashes from the

swirling vortex in the distance, shining through the glass anddirectly on and lighting up the body of the hero, Gibraltar. The

elder jumps back in surprise, astounded. The flock of elves as-

sembled in the temple are also shocked and surprised, some

moving, some standing, not sure what to do.

    1 ELDER: WHAT?!?

    PAGE 7 (three panels)

    Panel 1

A large wide panel establishing shot. A strange colourful world with trees, land and water,

with the amphibious Kelgog people like OFin walking around.

1 CAPTION: In the distant cosmos, far from the home world of the elves, lies the planet

    Kelgo.

    Panel 2

We see a pair of Kelgogs sitting, having tea underwater.

2 CAPTION: The planet is inhabited by an amphibious race known as the Kelgogs

    Panel 3

A shot of a restaurant on land full of eating, chatting Kelgogs. There is a pair close-up

talking and laughing. One of them has his head tilted in a way that we can see water in his

bowl shaped head, with some of it splashing out.

3 CAPTION: In order to breath on land and stay cool, Kelgogs must keep their bowl

shaped heads filled with sea water.

    PAGE 2 (six panels)

    Panel 1

Jones explains, knowing how ridiculous the term sounds.

1 JONES: Haiti is where the legend comes from. The Bokor poisons locals with a powerful

tetrododoxin. It turns them into mindless slaves that obey all of his commands. Zombies.

    Panel 2

Laptop takes up a large portion of frame again, showing fields of crops being harvested by

    skinny, shambling, emaciated Haitians.

2 JONES: The Bokor is using the enslaved people to produce cocaine, which General Amo-

ny then smuggles into the U.S. We need you to free the Haitians and take out Amony and

    Montase.

    Panel 3

Mason stands at the open cargo door. Body fully loaded and strapped with guns, weapons,

ammo and a parachute pack. He is poised ready to jump.

    3 CAPTION: Shortly

4 JONES: Dont forget, you have to detonate the payload once you get inside the compound.

    Panel 4

Mason soaring through the air. The plane with the open cargo door in the distance behind

    him.

    Panel 5

Similar shot, but Mason is closer and now we see his open parachute in the background be-hind him.

    Panel 6

We see Mason land with a thunk, parachute already falling around him zombies shuffling

    toward him.

    5 SFX: THUNK!
