His work aims to solve clients’ communication problems through honest solutions based on strong ideas, avoiding a frivolous and superficial approach. He has developed national and international projects, especially in the fields of Editorial Design and Corporate Identity.

Gustavo Tissera combines a degree in senior management from IESE with extensive international experience as a senior manager and business strategy consultant in the fields of sales management, marketing, communication, development of sales teams and coaching. His most relevant areas of expertise have been for projects in the Industrial Sector, Distribution, Consumer Goods, Technology and B2B markets.

Rory Lambert has 15 years experience in both creative boutique agencies and multinational advertising networks working for international automotive accounts, global spirits companies, telephone service providers and alimentation groups, amongst others. This background gives him a wide global approach with emphasis on finding fresh and surprising communication solutions.
