DEPOSITA $500 deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve the Neighborhood Club. Final payment is due 10 days prior to the function, by certified check or credit card. A 7.00% meals tax and a 20% house charge will be added to your bill. Deposits are non-refundable.

BAR CHARGESA $75 bar setup fee will be added to your bill if a bar (including sodas) is requested.

FOOD & BEVERAGESNo food or beverages will be permitted to be brought onto the premises by the patron or any of his/her guests. If you have a special request will be more than happy to order if for you.

GUARANTEESThe final menu must be received by the Management Office, no later than four (4) weeks prior to the function date.

The exact number of people to be in attendance for all functions must be confirmed with the Neighborhood Club fourteen (14) days prior to the reception. The guest count given, will be considered a guarantee not subject to reduction and the customer will be charged accordingly. All prices quoted may change without notice.

SECURITYThe City of Quincy (ordinance C13/section10) requires that a police detail be present for any gathering that has entertainment and or music. The Neighborhood Club will arrange for the detail and the charge will be added to your final bill.

FROM THE SOUTH

Take Route 3N to Quincy Adams MBTA/Quincy - Exit 18

There are three ways to arrive at the same road into Quincy.

Follow the Quincy Center signs staying left to avoid the MBTA parking garage.

At the bottom of the off-ramp continue straight keeping Quincy Adams MBTA station on your right following Burgin Parkway.

Go through seven (7) complete sets of lights and take your first left onto Glendale Road after light number seven.

At the corner of Glendale Road and Burgin Parkway, there is a blue Neighborhood Club sign on the street sign pole.

The address is 27 Glendale Road, which is approximately 400 yards on the right side of the road.
