What is an EEO Complaint?
An EEO Complaint is a claim that an Agency
acted or failed to act against an employee,
former employee or applicant that, adversely
affects privileges, benefits, working conditions,
or results in disparate treatment or has an
adverse impact on employees or applicants,
and is based in whole or in part on person’s
protected class which includes the following:

involuntary servitude, and the right to equality in public

Civil Rights Laws
