New Employee Training Program

• Mentoring & Training Program

– New employees will work with a mentor in the first 3 months of employment.

• Training Requirements

– Employee’s Foreman to conduct (3) Trainings within – Employee’s Foreman to conduct (3) Trainings within first 3 months of employment

• Falls – Completed in first week

• Soft Tissue Injuries – Completed at end of 1st month

• Danger Zones – Completed after 2 months

• Additional training by McCarthy

Graduation from NET Program

• Once the employee completes the program

requirements and 3 months of employment, the

employee receives a White McCarthy Hard Hat.

• If a former employee has not been with McCarthy • If a former employee has not been with McCarthy

for more than 30 days, he must re-take the NET

Program

• Foreman Incentive

– Receives gift card for graduating a new employee per

quarter regardless of the number of graduates.

• A training log is used to track all completed training. If an employee transfers to another McCarthy project, the employee’s info is also transferred
