Our program focuses on the strengths and skills needed for swimming and will help swimmers of all ages develop and refine their skills. Whether you already know how to swim or are just starting out, our classes will help you become a stronger swimmer and develop skills that will last a lifetime. Classes are taught under the watchful eye of our trained instructors, and include a variety of different strokes and techniques. Our program boasts an excellent ratio, with one instructor for every three students for all beginner classes and one instructor for every five students at all other levels.

Private lessons are also available for those who prefer to be taught one-on-one.
