Family Member Employment Assistance Program (FMEAP) Bldg 216 Tel: 257-7790/7787 Provides employment assistance to family members of Marines, Sailors, reservists and retirees. Transition Assistance Management Program (TAMP) Bldg 216 Tel: 257-7790/7787 Provides accurate and relevant information on career, employment, education and veteran’s benefits and entitlements. Retired Activities Program Bldg 216 Tel: 257-7790/7787 Offers information of interest to retired military personnel. Relocation Assistance Program (RAP) Bldg 216 Tel: 257-7790/7787 Supports and assists service members and their families moving from one location to another with a variety of programs and services. New Arrivals’ Orientation, Cultural Adaptation/Island Tour, PCS & Moving Workshop, Sponsorship Training Class, Welcome Aboard Packages and Lending Locker Service. The Lending Locker Service is a no cost program to reduce some of the out-of-pocket expenses incurred from moving. Lends out basic household items such as dishes, pots and pans, basic small appliances and limited baby items to service members and their families moving to or from MCB Hawaii. Appointment is required, call M&FP at 257-7790/87. Personal Financial Management Program (PFMP) Bldg 220 Tel: 257-7790/7787 PFMP provides personal financial education, training, counseling and referral on personal finances to include financial planning, money management, investment planning, retirement and estate planning, and business planning. Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Bldg 219 Tel: 257-0290 Ensures that the needs of the exceptional family member, including physical, emotional, developmental and medical components, are taken into consideration throughout the change of assignment process. Navy Marine Corps Relief Society Bldg 4016 Tel: 257-1972 Charitable organization which provides financial, educational and other assistance to service members and survivors in time of need. American Red Cross Bldg 216 Tel: 257-8848 Emergency Tel: 1-877-272-7337 Provides a worldwide emergency communications network that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Partners with military aid societies to provide access to emergency financial assistance and provides volunteer opportunities and access to Preparedness, Health & Safety Courses. Marine Corps Family Team Building (MCFTB) Bldg 244 Tel: 257-2410 Ensures Marines and their families are prepared to successfully meet the challenges of today’s military lifestyle and deployments. Programs offered: Lifestyle Insights, Networking, Knowledge and Skills (LINKS), LifeSkills, Readiness and Deployment Support (RDS) and Family Readiness Training. Liaison for Chaplain led CREDO retreats and PREP classes. FOCUS - Families Over Coming Under Stress Bldg 3022 Tel: (808)-257-7774 A prevention service designed to help families address the stress related to the military lifestyle. FOCUS is offered in several formats: family consultations, family level training, small group training, and workshops. Families learn skills to prevent conflict & stress, and develop strategies for building on family strengths. New Parent Support Program (NPSP) Bldg 216 Tel: 257-8803 Professionals providing support and parent education for families with children 0-5 yrs. through home visits and classes. Children, Youth & Teen Program (CYTP) Tel: 257-7430/7240 Resource and Referral Office Tel: 257-7030/5525 Family Child Care Tel: 257-2030 (Bldg 6753, K-Bay Youth Activities Teen Center & School Age Care Program ) Tel: 257-1388 (Kupulau CDC) Tel: 257-8354 (Olina CDC) Tel: 257-2838 (Laulima CDC) Tel: 456-1662 (Manana Teen Center) The children’s programs provide full day, part day and hourly child care programs for children 6 weeks and older in on-base family child care homes and three child development centers. Free Internet access. Online with other libraries and research databases. Patrons of all ages are welcome.

Education CenterBldg 220 Tel: 257-2158Provides off-duty personal and professional learning opportunities for all active duty, family members and on-base civilians. Benefits include active duty Tuition Assistance (TA), counseling for all levels of education from high school completion to advanced college degrees, testing options including military classification testing (AFCT/DLPT/DLAB) and credit-by-exam (CLEP/DSST), college credit for military training (SMART), scholarships & grants for military families, assistance with college applications, vocational training & apprenticeship (USMAP), and GI Bill assistance.
