Glueing labelling machine – Flexa Sensicol
The Flexa Sensicol labelling machine handles self-adhesive labels made of paper or plastic. This rotary-type machine combines all characteristics that are necessary for high-quality labelling.
Thanks to the rotation of the container plates, which are controlled by means of mechanical or electronic (option) cams, the containers are rotated into the optimal labelling position. The label is smoothed after the application with special roll-on plates.
The container infeed and discharge is available in different variants.

Light barriers for labels
Each glueing station is equipped with a fork sensor that detects the presence of a label on the reel conveyor and gives an impulse that activates the step motor (standard for opaque labels).

Intuitive touchscreen with adjustable surface and identical design in all KOSME machines. Password-protected access for different levels of access to avoid faulty operations.

Since different labelling methods can be combined in a single machine, it is also possible to reduce the size of the product line (one machine instead of two) and extend the range of use, when the various application requirements, coupled with different profiles, sizes and types of labels and bottles could limit the usability of traditional labellers.
