**Honor Roll medals and certificates will be handed out at/during

promotion.

Dismissal for ALL scholars: 12 p.m.

H.B.C.Ps 1st Talent Show: H.B.C.Ps Got Talent!!

Hardy Brown College Preps 1st Annual Talent Show will be this Friday, June 12th

at Sturges Center for the Fine Arts. The

talent show will begin at 4:30 p.m. Come

out and support our scholars who are

performing, and enjoy a good show!

Were Moving! New Home for Hardy Brown College Prep!

We will open next school year at our current location on August 19, 2015.

We will renovate the new facility starting

Summer 2015

We will move to the new site when construction is complete, mid-year in the

2015-2016 school year

Yes! The new building will accommodate HBCPs elementary and middle school

programs.

Highlights of New Location:

Safety: 24-hour surveillance and security officers patrol parking lot daily!

Two Multipurpose Rooms! One for Middle

School and One for Elementary

Middle School Science Lab!

Outdoor playground & play structure!

H.B.C.Ps Annual Field Day! Each school year on the last day of school we host a Field Day. The last day of school our

scholars will walk to the local Hernandez Center to enjoy a couple of hours of fun, games,

and food! Dismissal will be at 12 p.m. on the last day of school. For safety reasons, all scholars must be picked up from H.B.C.P; not the Hernandez Center. If

you are interested in donating items for parent hours, please see the list of items we need

below:

H.B.C.P is Still Enrolling for the 2015-2016 School Year!!

We are still enrolling for the 2015-2016 school year! We are enrolling scholars in grades K-8. If you know someone, send them our way. Anyone interested can

go to the front office to receive additional information. If you refer someone, you will receive

a FREE Hardy Brown College Prep shirt upon complete

enrollment.

Our yearbooks have arrived! This week, our yearbooks are available for parents to pick up from Mrs. Johannsen. All parents who purchased a yearbook MUST sign-out their childs yearbook. Yearbooks will not be

distributed to scholars.

Its Parent Survey Time!

Parents/Guardians: Your feedback is an important part of our planning and success. We

need to hear from YOU! All parent surveys can be filled out during your conference time during the weeks of June 8th

and June 15th. The first class that gets 100% of their

parents/guardians to fill out the survey, will win a pizza party! Lets go H.B.C.P! Lets get 100%

completion of the parent survey!

Perfect Attendance Assemblies Congratulations to the 107 scholars who earned Perfect Attendance for Trimester 3. All

scholars who earned Perfect Attendance for Trimester 3 will receive an award and

Perfect Attendance wristband. These scholars did not miss one day during Trimester 3.

Also, congratulations to the 37 scholars who earned Perfect Attendance for the ENTIRE

school year! Scholars who earned Perfect Attendance for the entire school year will

receive an award and trophy. These scholars did not miss one day during this school year.

Again, thank you parents for bringing your child(ren) every single day! I commend you for

a job well done! Perfect Attendance assemblies will be held on June 15th and June 16th.

Perfect Attendance letters have been distributed.
