PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE
Lots of activities are planned for the Club
in the upcoming weeks. Try to take ad-
vantage of some of them as the fall
leaves will be upon us sooner than we
would like. Don’t forget to RSVP to Jan
and Bonnie Smith for the upcoming Club
picnic on September 13th. I know I can’t
wait to see those “recycled” bingo prizes!
‘Hope to see you soon!

October 4 - Fall tour to Meadowcroft led by Jan and Bonnie Smith with lunch at noon at Breezy Heights Tavern prior to the visit to Meadowcroft . Sign-up sheet will be at the September 13 meeting. New Business Pennsylvania has a program called the Yellow Dot program whereby first responders will have access to important informa-tion in the event someone is in an accident and is unable to communicate. The kit ,which you request from the state, con-tains a yellow dot sticker, which is to be affixed in the lower left corner of the rear window, and a pamphlet into which you record pertinent information. You place the pamphlet into the glovebox. The yellow dot on the window lets first responders know to look in the glovebox for important information. Contact the state at www.YellowDot.pa.gov to request the kit. Parts for sale for 1963 Ford Galaxy 500. Contact Diane Otto for details on whom to contact if interested.
Ladies luncheons will be held the second Wednesday (11:30 a.m.) of each month. Contact Ann Cutuli to attend. Mike Quinn asked if there is any interest in changing the after-meeting place from King’s to Eat n Park. Decision was to stay at King’s. There being no further business to discuss, Jack Swaney motioned to adjourn.
Respectfully submitted, Diane Otto

The 5-year Restoration of my 1978 FORD Mustang King Cobra
By Rich King After finding a T-Top FORD Mustang King Cobra in a sports car trader magazine in 1994, my
son and I purchased the car which ran and looked good.
The car rebuild started in December 2009 with rebuilding the engine and transmission. All
mechanical parts were also replaced. The interior was replaced in the winter of 2011. Body
repair, painting and replacement of all decals and pin striping was finished in April 2015.
This King Cobra looks original and runs great!
