CATTLE TICKS (RHIPICEPHALUS MICROPLUS) I, BRIAN LESLIE RADUNZ, Chief Inspector, under section 59(1) of the Livestock Act, and with reference to section 43 of the Interpretation Act, amend the instrument entitled "Declared area movement restrictions cattle ticks (rhipicephalus microplus)", dated 23 September 2010 and published in Gazette G40 of 6 October 2010, by inserting after clause 3(2) the following:

(2A) In addition, subclause (1) does not apply if the movement is carried out in accordance with an approved program.
