PERTH,WesternAustralia–NuhearaLimited(Company),Australia’sonlyASXlistedconsumerwearablestechnology company, is pleased to announce that IQbuds™ have achieved RCM certification forAustralia andNewZealandand that subsequently, theCompanyhasnowcommenced the fulfillmentprocessforAustralianandNewZealandpre-ordercustomers.
Commentingonachievingsuchsignificantmilestones,NuhearaCEOJustinMillersaid,“Agreatnumberof people have placed enormous faith in our ability to design, manufacture and deliver a qualityproduct.Assuch,itisaprouddayforallNuhearaemployees,shareholders,partners,andofcourseourcommitted pre-order customers, to have achieved this certification and commenced the fulfillmentprocess.”

TheCompanyalsoadvisesthatitisstillawaitingfinalcertificationsintheUSA,CanadaandEurope.ItisanticipatedthattheofficialUS(FCC)andCanadian(IC)certificationsareimminent,withthetestingnowcompleteandnoadversefindingsrecorded.However,theEuropeancertification(CE)maytakelongerthananticipated to complete,possiblyuntil theendof January, asnewly institutedEuropeanbatterytestingregulationshaveextendedthetestingprocess.
With the now staggered approval dates of the various certifications, it is expected that pre-ordercustomers will be fulfilled throughout the course of January and February 2017. Retail productavailabilityisthenexpectedinMarch/April2017.
