Pearl Lam Galleries is pleased to present Empirical Atlas, a group exhibition featuring works by an international group of artists including Dharma Bum, Weixin Chong, Inci Eviner, Gao Weigang, Gonkar Gyatso, Hew Locke, Ben Loong, Francis Ng, Ged Quinn, Anne Samat, Melati Suryodarmo, Sinta Tantra, Zen Teh, Thukral & Tagra, and Yang Yongliang.

Empirical Atlas focuses on the relationship between identity and politics while touching on matters such as globalisation and consumer culture. Through role-playing, code-switching, and self-fashioning, each artist attempts to create new means to frame the world.

A big thank you to our partners and the wonderful owners for displaying their gorgeous vintage cars and contributing to Dempsey Hill’s rich heritage on 13 September 2017. It took 32 vintage cars, 300 hours of preparation, countless cups of coffee and a passionate community to put together a historic event that we couldn’t be more proud of!

Thank you to the warriors of Revibe It for putting together an awesome event on 6 August 2017 that featured live performances and an outdoor screening of two popular movies. Guests had a blast as they chilled out on beanbags and indulged in yummy light bites and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.
