Efficient Operation a diesel fuel power plant is a great responsibility and is especially cumbersome in remote locations. Effective operations requires a program of periodic testings, instrument calibrations and above all well trained and qualified staff for highest attention to quality control during daily operations.

Operation & Maintenance of Water & Waste Water Plants

Desalination Plants O&M is a key activity for GLOBAL, and it provides a full range of Water Plants services that is second to none in the regional market.

The quality of the water produced depends on the pressure, the concentration of salts in the feed water, and the salt permeation constant of the membranes. All such factors are closely monitored and quality of the final product is ensured at every instant of time.

In Reverse Osmosis, feed water is pumped at high pressure through permeable membranes, separating salts from the water. The feed water is pretreated to remove particles that might clog the membranes.

Operation & Maintenance of Water & Waste Water Plants (contd)

In MSF, the feed water is heated and the pressure is lowered, so the water "flashes" into steam. This process constitutes one stage of a number of stages in series, each of which is at a lower pressure.

Vapor from one series is subsequently used to evaporate water in the next series. The VC process involves evaporating the feed water, compressing the vapor, and then using the heated compressed vapor as a heat source to evaporate additional feed water. We guarantee reliable services as above mentioned procedures, maintaining HSE standards desired specs of effluents.

Live & Dead line washing of O/H Distribution Lines 11/33/66 KV

GLOBAL executes turnkey projects, pertaining to Live & Dead line washing of O/H Distribution Lines 11/33/66 KV. This includes provision of manpower, equipment, fuel and lubricants.

At instances, manual cleaning of O/H lines is also carried out ensuring crystal clear Distribution Network.

Well trained linesman are utilized for washing the insulators on wooden poles by directing the water jet from a suitable height and angle to clean the insulator’s maximum height, which can be gained with available workspace on the live line equipment.
