wider world progressing from the familiar to the unknown on third grade myself: birth and development up
to starting school on fourth grade extended family (different
families) later Muurame, Finland, Europe, the world…
1. Teacher introduces the topic.
2. Writing down the steps and schedule for the project.

- interviewing their parents
- interviewing their grandparents
- reading their own baby books
- looking for old photos.
4. Turning the data into a story: writing the first draft.
