The Association paid tribute to its former President, James S. Judy, who passed away on September 16, 2017. Mr. Judy served as President of the Association from 1979 to 1999, during which time he oversaw growth in membership and the Association’s political clout to advocate for long–term care providers. Past Ira O. Wallace winners and other Association leaders shared their memories of Mr. Judy, and it was announced that the KAHCF Training Center will be renamed in his honor.
